McDuff's

Cool little breakfast spot in Redlands with good breakfast and friendly service. Portions for my breakfast plate were pretty good and eggs cooked as ordered. The inside of the location is pretty small but we were seated pretty quickly. Young lady who served us was kind and offered recommendations for our table as it was our first time here. I'd definitely come back for the food and the service.

The eggs Benedict was outstanding! Sometimes you order them elsewhere and the yolks are over done! My wife's pancakes were also great as I helped them disappear! The girls here are happy and always filling the coffee! The place is small and cozy! We been coming here over 8 years now!

Went in around 845 Sun morning. No line outside but inside was full. We asked the waitress how long would the wait be for 8. 5 adults 3 children. Before I could even finish my sentence, I was rudely cut off by an old blonde lady telling me no. She did not offer two tables so I could sit at one table and the other 4 at another table. She was short and told us we can't eat there. No wait time. No trying to make something happen. Just no, we can't help u in the rudest way possible. I've been going there for years and for those years, have been bringing many people to Mcduffs because the food is good BUT no food on this earth, is good enough to get treated like crap. I do not recommend this place to anyone because they obviously don't know how to treat people kindly and respectfully.

McDuffs is a cute, cozy, home style restaurant in downtown Redlands. Compared to come of the most popular breakfast spots, I consider McDuffs the hidden gem. It feels like an old diner/ coffee shop vibes with friendly staff and great food. The breakfast is a traditional American breakfast with all the things you need and very reasonable pricing! My favorite is the scramble (pictured), with egg whites! The only downside I will say is the lack of coffee drinks, besides hot coffee and an iced coffee (which is really the hot coffee with some ice). But that doesn't take away from all the things that makes McDuffs great. Definitely still my go to for a cozy, fast, convenient yet yummy breakfast!

My husband and I recently had breakfast for the first time at McDuff's a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The food was good and the service was fantastic. We were originally going to take our meal to go, but after receiving it, the staff was extremely kind to let us eat our food on site, tending to us as if we were regular dine in customers. We came in on a weekday for breakfast and they were busy. This is definitely a popular spot in town. Our order consisted of the short stack of pancakes and the breakfast burrito with chorizo. The portions were generous, despite us technically placing our order to go. The short stack had large, tasty pancakes and the breakfast burrito was big and bursting with all of the included fixings with tons of chorizo. We left with smiles and full stomachs.Overall, our first trip McDuff's was positive. We're looking forward to returning soon and trying more things on their menu.

Every meal we've had here has been awesome! Some favorites: Breakfast burrito has one of the best green salsas on the side. French toast and pancakes are so airy and soft. Prices are a little higher compared to competitors nearby, but the service and quality of food is what keeps us returning. Smaller diner style, so it does fill up fast during weekends. Waiting area is outside and sun often shines on the benches so be aware in the summertime!

Another classic breakfast diner. We love coming here to sit at the counter for biscuits and gravy, get a side sausage patty. Or a Monte Cristo if I'm feelin hungry. Get here early on the weekend or wait around for a little.

Mcduffs was great! It is very small inside with not a ton of seating but it is clean and well taken care of. We were walking around downtown Redlands looking for a place that had breakfast or sandwiches and we found one with both in Mcduffs. We shared the cinnamon roll which was great! It was hot and soft with just the right amount of frosting on it. I had the breakfast burrito with avocado as my protein and wow was it great! The eggs and potato's were cooked perfectly did not dominate the burrito. It was well balanced between all the flavors and it came with a free side of sour cream which I loved. My gf had the cold vegetarian sandwich which was excellent as well. It has three cheeses on it (American, Jack, and cream cheese) which we loved and was also a very good sandwich that had mushrooms, sprouts, and avocado on it. The service was great as it is just two waitresses serving, cleaning, and seating the whole restaurant. You could tell that they cared about the restaurant and your experience and meal. I imagine that they normally have an extra worker helping during weekends but for a busy weekday our two waitresses did fantastic. Also everything was so fast. From the time we sat down to paying the check it was 30 minutes. Overall I would definitely recommend Mcduffs to anyone in Redlands not looking to wait a long time for a great meal. I will definitely be back Mcduffs to explore some more of your menu.

Food is good here and the choice menu is good as well. A variety of breakfast and lunch options. Service needs lots of improvement though. The two young waitresses are poor in customer service and their unfriendly attitudes prove they don't like dealing with the public. I would like to sit down and eat at this restaurant but not if the waitresses are rude, slam down your coffee, food etc!?? I almost feel a little prejudice demeanor in their vibes because I've seen how they treat certain customers while dining there a few times. Very uncomfortable. Probably won't be visiting this place in the future knowing this establishment allows this kind of behavior! I would want to have them serve my food on one of their bad days!!

I had a horrible experience and definitely wouldn't recommend this place. The staff was rude and extremely disrespectful. I took my sister there for her birthday, and it was incredibly disappointing. If you're looking for a place where they show prejudice, this is the one.
