McDonald's

Visited this location in the drive threw today. My card wasn't going through due to needing to enter my pin which I knew. The girl that took my payment literally asked me "what's your pin?" Like really?!. When I responded I can't tell you but I can enter it she got all defensive and said "the machine doesn't reach that far" with an attitude. Mind you my son was driving and I was a passenger, she could of simply asked for the pin to be entered but it's ridiculous that some of these kids that work at places don't know the simplicity that PIN numbers are private and un shareable. need better training

Friendly staff but unfortunately if you use the drive-thru, be prepared to never ever have the correct order or be satisfied. This franchise is more satisfied with volume and quickness over quality and customer satisfaction.

I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants and I rarely eat at McDonalds, not because I don't like it, but mostly because they are too far away. I came here with my friend and my nephew so he could eat a happy meal. It was a Friday, about a week ago and I ordered the Filet O'Fish. I hadn't ordered this sandwich in at least a decade or more. $3 and it was so tiny. There was barely any tartar sauce inside it. I asked them for more and was worried, they were going to charge me extra. After I paid almost $3 for a drink, no more McDonalds. My nephew liked his chicken nuggets, fries, drink, & toy and enjoyed his kid's meal, but the adults didn't like our food.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have been in. We have en waiting good 20 minutes and not been taking care of. Unbelievable. 2 Registers and only one is open with a Trainee that has no clue about anything. The place is dirty, messy, and the line is super long right now. Awful awful experience!!!

If you go through the drive thru, expect to be parked and waiting for your food. I only ordered 2 sausage muffins and still got parked with 5 other cars waiting too. I used to work for McDonald's and this is a little ridiculous.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken Mc nugget meal and ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget by itself in total they gave me 3 dipping sauces which isn't the correct amount should have been more not the first issue with this location

Ordered a steak,egg and cheese bagel. It took them a while to cook up a steak. I thought I'd give a try since I never knew they had steak bagels. Finally got my bagel I got home and I opened to see what's in it since it looked bad. Well it's a hard piece of meat I guess and yeah no egg. Just bad. Why would they serve that? They could have said sold out or something. Anyways I don't even know if it's safe to give to my dogs. So in the trash it goes! Waste of time and money.

I ordered fries on the app and accidentally pressed pick up at the counter when i was going to drive through. it wouldn't let me change it but apparently it made the girl at the window so furious and inconvenienced that i received luke warm burnt fries, not only that but it was half full

The fact that they have one and a half star speaks for itself. The girl at the window was super rude after I called to talk to a manager she answered the phone lol she was the manager. And she was still rude. I believe time has changed because I did absolutely nothing to this lady for her to be so rude. Apparently all they care about is having a fast drive-through save your money baby. This place is not worth you getting mad because they the employees are miserable
