My horribly made Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese
Both cheese burgers hard as rock . I mean how can u even send this out. I knew I shouldn't have got this I'm done with McDonald's

Food is fine. The customer service is what gives them a bad review.Manager is unprofessional and unpolite. The young ladies at the front counter are also unprofessional. they are very uncaring in their way of communicating with costumers. They give you that angry "sour puss face". McDonald's needs to evaluate their employees. Here's my story: I ordered 4 Breakfast Deluxe (family of 6). One order was missing; came back to the restaurant and brought it to their attention. First the front counter employee looked at my receipt with an upset face expression. She said that it will take a while to get my food. 15 minutes later, I asked the manager about my order. Her face was more upsetting (very sour) and without saying anything got my food and just roughly placed it on the counter top and Im standing in front of her. I asked for condiments and made her more upset. She gave me totally different condiments from what I asked and she just walked away. The young man (employee) noticed the situation. He came up to me and he politely gave me the correct items and he apologized to me. Manager you should reconsider your management service.

It's McDonald's, so the food's always fine. But because you order the food on an electronic board, or your app, no staff ever cleans the restaurant.Regardless of time of day, tables are always filthy, food on the floor... And because McDonald's is now so automated, there is no one to help you . If you go to this, McDonald's, I suggest you eat in your car .

Wish I could stop at this McDonald's more since it'd be so convenient on my way to work but I never can because time and time again the drive thru is probably the SLOWEST service I've ever experienced they need to re-train these employees or just get a whole new staff because this is unacceptable

THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TOO ,Kenya is very friendly and kind and always gets my order correct!the lobby is always clean when shes here,she does an amazing job ,all the other staff are usually rude and disrespectful Kenya is the only one who helps me with my orders and gets it quick .I love coming here this is my favorite restaurant in the whole entire world.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What a joke. Left in the drive thru for 20 minutes, while they helped everyone else. Finally when they came with our food we asked to speak to the manager. An employee Angel came and said the manager refused to speak to us and he was a close to manger as well get. He was aggressive and confrontational. I know it's McDonalds but really? That's your customer service training. Finally Harold the manager came and said if you want a refund then give me the food back. No explanation, no apology no customer service. Just handed us the corporate number and told us to leave

took 20 MIN IN THE LINE BRUH...food hella cold AND BUNS. this place is actually garbage. idk what they are doing in the back but it's everything but their job. once got a full box full of a mc tarter sauce. foos is ALWQYS COLD someone gotta get fired that's all I know.
