McDonald's

Drive thru lines are often busy most of the time. I've been to this location many times and at all times of the day. Even when ordered in the app, usually still stuck in the drive thru lines or curbside still takes a while. My order has usually been correct. Price is ok. Some good deals/coupons in the app! Make sure to state at the speaker, when ordering ahead, or show to employee to get a better value and to accumulate points.

This has to be the slowest McDonald's in the history of McDonald's, employees got 20$ an hour and somehow got slower. Will never be coming back. Their customer service fucken sucks. Train your over paid employees correctly. They couldn't do a simple job at 16$ an hour and now make more and give even worse customer service.

I ordered a meal for my homeless aunt due to the fact that I live far away from her. Unfortunately, she called and stated the staff would not give her the food because she had a screenshot of the order number and not the actual phone. I called and explained to the staff the situation and was greeted with rudeness. The food is paid for and the cause is just. McDonald's prides itself on customer service, family , love and kindness! However, this McDonald's is far from the golden arch standard! If anyone believes in kindness and help for the hungry then go to another place. How can you deny a homeless hungry person a paid meal? Is this what Riverside is coming to? Or is it an issue that the staff needs to be trained on!

Pretty much the slowest, most inefficient drive thru on the planet. Have to beg for life for any sauce, and they never fail to always miss some sort of item, I mean it's not rocket science for these orders. It's just crazy how slow and not smart a lot of these workers are. Idk if it's the managements fault or just lazy people working, but if it wasn't for my kids I'd never come here. There's literally no other McDonald's near me but this one. They need something done asap.

It's appalling that McDonald 'semployees are paid $20 an hour. They can't even do the basics of their jobs correctly. We were "parked" while our food was prepared. That's fine but they when they shove the food out the window and tell you it's all there and there's ketchup and ranch in the bags but you're missing a bunch of stuff and still have to go in. Thanks for wasting my time. I was hoping things had changed but nope. My ongoing opinion of this poor location continues.

Worst McDonald's drive through experience ever. I order at 10:15 and I am stuck in the drive through until 10:31 and they said they don't make breakfast. It should have already been made. Then I realized that this place has a 1.4 yelp review, and it all made sense

Workers don't even care of the customers inside and they take a long time to talk to you and it is really dirty you don't see any employees in front with customer

Terrible service again at this location. Honestly the whole staff and management should be fired. Dishonest employees stating to a customer in front of me in the drive thru that they had breakfast. I go to order and said they don't have breakfast. This behavior is very unprofessional.

I hate when places wanna promote open 24 hours but then pick and choose when they actually want to be open How does that make sense?Pulled up to order breakfast before work at 5:50am and the girl is hangin out the window chatting up her boyfriend and says they aren't serving I've literally been to this same location multiple times most of them even earlier than this and they were open and serving

I would give 5 stars but they weee out of salt and pepper for my big breakfast. I actually had to wait like 7-8 minutes but it was hot and yummy.Rock on McDonald's!G
