I see your employees trying to work as hard as they can. BUT with new employees, back them up at the drive thru please. Also, if only one person is taking orders, close the other lane so there aren't people just sitting there. And if one window is t taking money, at least put a messageCommunication and speed response to service needs to drastically improve. Other than that. The employees are usually in good spirits and are doing their best. Please keep your heads up and keep doing your best

Really bad service. 6 cars moved to the side so they can take time with orders and have a clear drive thru meanwhile the order is STILL WRONG.Worst location in the city, by far.

This review is for the lady at the front counter. She is sunshine and polite, greets each customer with excitement and genuine, sincere happiness. I got the steak egg and cheese bagel, was pretty good, for McDonald's. I think her name is J. Megan. Ray Kroc would give her a hug .. and some stock.

About a week ago I stopped by to buy my kids dinner and I went through the drive through and had a great experience with a drive through employee by the name of Megan. She was very friendly and I order nuggets with sweet and sour and she told me she was going to try that Wilhelmina she had her break. Yea greeted me with a smile and was very friendly!! Megan is a great employee! Please let her know. Thank you

Super sad I went and got my family food and my order was missing my chicken sandwich. I understand they get overwhelmed. But I was looked dead in my face and was told Everyhting was in the bag ... after having to remind her to get our apple juice. Mom dinner I guess. Fries. 12/6/24 3pm

Awful service !!!!Why the f$#k do they close the dinning room at 4??? On a Saturday. Is this 20$ worth. Ridiculous. Not to mention the cashier was rude aswell. Shitty service.

Place says 24 hours but when ive gone its never open but all the lights are on so its really confusing but i dont even bother going anymore

This McDonald's has failed all my orders every visit.Today I'm writing a review to warn others to avoid coming to this location and tell them about today experiance. And not my previous bad experiences.1. I ordered 2 McDoubles from the drive-thru"With extra onion" received my McDoubles with no onions at all.2. Fries were cold and soggy as usual 3. Homeless lady sits at the wall before the first window asking for food and change as always4. I was hit by a man in the drive thru line that smelt like piss and and seemed like he was living in his car. Did not have paperwork for his vehicle / identification I found parole paperwork as I searched his vehicle with his permission. Clearly unstable whole situation was a mess worker claimed there's no cameras in the drive thru..........when clearly they have some at each drive thru menu from where he ordered. 5. Staff and management clearly don't give a rats a** Or this place would clearly have more than one star this was the last straw I'm avoiding this place from now on. Save yourself the time and drive to another location.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE & FOODAVOID AT ALL COST!!! I asked for 3 cookies fresh batch and they gave me 3 cold stale cookies, I returned them and asked for new ones and They had me waiting on the side for 25 minutes for 3 cookies, unbelievable and horrible service I had to walk up to drive through and ask for them 3 times (since their indoor is closed). Never again will I buy from this place.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment. I went through the drive through with a full car so we had four separate mobile orders, but they told us they could only take two which is understandable, but when I asked about it again at the window they gave me unnecessary attitude. Even with this, I also work in food service and I understand that sometimes workers can be stressed or having a bad day so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I received my order, my McDouble that was supposed to come with two patties came with one full patty and the second was the size of a pickle. I was upset about this but again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided that it wasn't worth the complaint. But upon receiving the last two orders of the four one of my friends had the exact same issue with his McDouble and also with his Big Mac. His Big Mac had half a patty for the bottom patty and the other half was the top patty. So clearly whoever was making this order did this on purpose, otherwise how could there be the same mistake for three different burgers? Additionally, they did not give any of us the sauces that we asked for. In general my experience was terrible and I will be making sure that I tell everyone I know not to eat here.
