I waited in the drive thru for a whole ass 30 minutes, didn't even get to order anything. The service here is so bad and so slow!!!!

Building needs some repairs. Drive thru menu board needs to be repaired or replaced. Unreadable!!! Service at times are very SLOW...Customer service food delivery to parking lot is ok. Food quality will post at a later date.Update: food quality is very poor indeed. Filet-O-fish not packaged correctly and sauce push to the side as seen in picture. McChicken sandwich was not packaged correctly and again sauce pushed out/not completely on sandwich. The bottom bun was so hard. I couldn't even eat it. McDonalds quality control is very unsatisfying and they are paying workers way to much for what they produce in food prep and delivery. So buyers beware of this location. Food quality is going down and prep / packaging of the food. Good luck and hope you don't get sick from this place

Very disappointed to see that it has 1.3 stars. It really should be less. Waited for 5-6 minutes minutes outside of the drive-through window until a lady came up and tried giving me somebody else's order, after i already paid. Then when I told her what I ordered she immediately closed the window and went to her coworkers to see what's up. They were laughing in the background then she Immediately got my food and gave it to me. They probably whipped it up real fast or it was laying in there I don't know. Either way they just left me there for like 5 to 6 minutes.

Only come here if you have literally 45+ minutes to sit in the drive thru, then get your order wrong anyways, and have to wait in the front of the restaurant for all of your food.

Thank you to whoever made my doordash order and not shorting me a pie. Instead of not giving me a pumpkin cause they may have ran out, they gave me two apple pies since i ordered one apple and one pumpkin. Weather that was on purpose or not, thank you. I'm always missing an item if anything from places.

This is the closest McDonalds to my job so I come out of necessity sometimes but I regret it every time. It's like pulling teeth to get the staff to help you at the counter. After you get your food you might as well forget about asking for refills, ketchup or anything else because they will look you dead in the eye and still refuse to come to the counter or even acknowledge you. The one manager lady that works evenings is especially bad. She will hear you asking for help and still continue to do anything but help customers in the lobby.

I don't know it's just amazing I show up at 10:42 to get the $2.99 triple cheeseburger 12 minutes after they start serving lunch .one time I showed up at 10:30 and they said they were still cooking so I thought wow it has to be good it's only been 10 minutes Cheese melted but the patties looked like they were cooked 30 minutes ago absolutely disgusting that's why you get a 1.3 on McDonald's cause you suck sick of it ain't coming back at least for a triple cheeseburger. The McDonald's brothers would be so ashamed to serve that shitG

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in the United States I order a total of 7 sandwiches a four piece Mc nugget 2 fries and a chocolate milk. They left out 2 sandwiches the mc nugget and chocolate milk. I understand this is McDonald's but the least you can do is give me the food. You get paid 20 dollars for what?? Worst McDonald's ever this place should just close or fire all the employees because they are never consistent with giving people the food. M

This fucking place takes forever in the drive thru. Sat waiting to have the order taken for 30 fucking minutes. 3 cars and drive thru took total of 47 min to get through. Un fucking believable.
