Whatever. That place was a mess today. All I can say . Drive thru messed up, as they were taking orders from one side only, was an app order so it's all there , easy right? Well got a watered down coke with hardly no ice when I asked for extra, they did make this right. Get back to work and then cheese on my sandwich when I specifically ordered no cheese. I decided to change my stars to a 3 instead of a 1 as to be fair I always had great service and accuracy here for a long time, so guess today was an off day.

I stopped by while traveling to Palm Springs for some in-the-car breakfast and literally had no issues with the employees, food, or wait time. In fact, I found them very pleasant. The only thing I hate, which is becoming the norm for most fast-food restaurants, is that you have to use the app to get good deals. This is so inconvenient when you're driving. It's not the fault of this McDonald's, but corporate, so I don't blame the people who work here. I did pull into a parking space, though, to get my free hashbrowns. Once I placed my order on the app, everything was smooth sailing.

Poor quality control,and excessively overpriced Continually messed order up through the drive thru. I have reached out to the franchise before and obviously they don't listen or care. Should not have to do this, but I'm escalating it to McDonald's franchise division. And also the Better Business to file complaint. Enough is Enough. I find it interesting that this establishment has a 1.7 review on yelp and yet the owner does not care. Also, there is another McDonald's just blocks away on Van Buren that is 30% less in cost, and better quality service

Horrible service in dine in area and even worse through drive thru. Not only do they take forever, the quality of the food is horrendous. They never get the darn order right if their life depended on it. They still make you wait in the parking for your drive thru order and STILL can't get it right. Someone is failing to double check orders. But what more can we expect from a place that is ran and owned by a Clown (ronald McDonald of course)
