10:45 12/7/24Morning crew was welcoming.Kiosks were clean and Christmas decorated.Ordered 2/$6 and OJ, got it at a reasonable time.Employee came to check up on us and offered us a promo.Good service.

Thought I'd give this another try... WRONG!!! Pull into drive-thru, sitting at speaker waiting to place an order and a car pulls up to the one next to me. Guess what? Yep, they took their order before ours! Then trying to place the order was like going to the dentist for a root canal. The young lady taking the order couldn't pay attention and kept asking to repeat. The order wasn't complicated, but alas the experience was painful!For the wait times and inattentive staff, I'll be going to In-n-Out for now on!

Food was absolutely terrible, cold, no flavor and it taste like plastic. I really miss the old days McDonald's. Fresh to order. Kiosk system is a headache. I dread going to or into McDonald's. Our family boycott McDonald's!!!!!! But!!!! I really want to give appreciation to the only cashier, Christian. Very helpful patient and his personality. He was about to lose his cool but we reassured him he was doing a great job

Just went and got a double quarter pounder and this is my burger patty, so freaking undercooked

The app says open 24 hour and allowed me to place my order 4am in the app and accepted my payment. I get here 4:15am and they're still close? They don't open till 430-5am. There's nothing in the app to cancel to refund my payment. The location or app shouldn't have allowed me to make a payment, I can't imagine there's no system control for this? And don't say 24hrs if location is not open. Ridiculous!I waited 45 minutes and was not able to get my order.

Every time I come I'm asked to wait in front. I ordered breakfast #8, why can't they be ready? No one was online so I don't see why this always happens. DO BETTER! and they always forgot something.

Do not patronize this place, it's a joke. These only way to get a discount is for using the App. & when we couldn't get it to work they wouldn't even help us get the discount and lied to us on pricing... poor customer service. I've walked out of here 2x disappointed in their service... never again and I drive by here everyday....SAD!!!

My husband and I went through the drive thru we ordered a number 1 with a root beer. for starters, the person who took our order said I don't have any root beer but the closest thing to it is hi c or lemonade. I'm not the best at judgment, but I believe the closest thing to a root beer could possibly be another carbonated beverage. I knew I should've left then but instead added a Mc double with extra onions. They couldn't get that right they put onions that go on a quarter pounder. All I wanted them to do was add more of the onions that come on the burger already ,then to top it all off the dang fries were burnt and when I say burnt, I mean burnt to a crisp. I tried calling to speak to a manager and got the voicemail.we won't be eating here again.

Never have smoothies never has ice cream worst place take forever line always longer than 30 min

Service was not so good, took forever like always. I have missing stuff from my bag. Food was okay not the best
