McDonald's

I think by now everyone knows Mickey D's. But if you don't I'll put you on in just a sec. Can we talk about how slow and poor the service is here. More importantly in the drive thru. Look, if you don't want to work there, quit. Find another job that'll make you happy. But if you are going to work here. Show a little care. Start in the beginning. Lines are crazy long but only due to the fact that they make everyone wait so long in between cars. As soon as you pull up you're asked to wait. There's two order windows but they must forget because everyone knows not to pull up to the right side order window or you'll be lost forever lol come on man it's fast food service. I'm not knocking the industry but it's not that hard to keep it going. Chick fil a has got it down. Food: ok if you've never been to McDonald's, first off, how? Lol but ok let's go. Keep in mind, your food may not always be fresh. More times than not you get "old food" but on the off chance it's cooked recent, there's a lot of good fast food. Big Mac, fries, nuggets, quarter pounder. All good options but ultimately, you'll more times than not get cold fries and hard buns and bad service. Just eat at home.

Morning shift today 12-22 cashier who claims to be Jasmin the manager working drive through refused to take the correct order and had a bias racial attitude and cursed around staff and us . We were denied food and service just because my husband ask for his card when the wrong amount of money was charged . Bad customer service horrible experience.

We stopped by after gymnastics as a treat. I got the kids two cheeseburger happy meals. Why when I opened my sons I saw only like 4.5 fries in his box. I thought oh maybe they spilled out into he box. NOPE. They really only gave me a tiny tiny amount of fries. Thankfully I had ordered myself a combo meal so I ended up giving my son more fries. The other happy meal was not like this and had a decent amount of fries. I will say the drive thru is fast and the girl who took the payment was nice.

Please don't order large fries. I understand they have a rule to not fill up your fries but they're for sure giving way less than that.

Not much has changed. I saw another review of someone getting medium size fries in a large fry container and it's true. They definitely screw you over on the fries and the same thing happened to me today.

I placed an online order through the app. My order was marked as ready, but I still had to wait about 10 minutes to get my order after arriving to the location. Then after getting my order and receiving multiple duplicate toys in my happy meals my daughter wanted to see if she could get a different toy. We waited around for about another 5 minutes only for the worker to yell at her that they no longer swap toys. While, I get they were busy, there were several people in the location waiting for online orders. That was proper due to the I worker being on his phone which I could see while standing waiting at the counter. I have always disliked this location and do my best to avoid it. I will continue to avoid it from now on.

This mcdonald's is super slow if you are in drive thru. they have 2 sides open and only answer on one machine at a time. It is a long wait time and is not worth it.

Horrible service I repeated my order 3 times got to the window it still wasn't correct and someone who was off the clock was still behind the register with all the employees looking at their phones laughing and had to park me and gave me no receipt very disappointed with the service

The worst customer service, no happy faces everyone is miserable , when you ask questions nicely you get no response, there's a older lady with no name tag so rude and mean would not even listen to what I had to say , I'm on my lunch break and made me wait for my food for more than 30 minutes. Horrible

Billion dollar company straight ripping customers off! I paid $5.49 for two large fries only to receive the amount (if not less) of a medium size fry. They do this all the time, so i specifically requested that our fries be filled. That's when the employee let me know that they are no longer allowed to open the bottom part of the box (to reach full capacity.) What a rip off. Our boxes were flat and barely opened at all. Very unprofessional!
