We were shopping in 99 Ranch Market located at Chino Hills Plaza. My youngest daughter was parched so we had to find someplace that gives out water. We didn't see any of the food vendors at 99 Ranch that offered water. So after leaving 99 Ranch, we saw our favorite fast food retaurant in the same plaza. McDonald's came to the rescue!Of course, I couldn't just go through drive-thru and ask for water. I ended up ordering my daughter's favorite item... 40 piece chicken nuggets with 2 large fries plus 3 waters. We got sweet & sour and honey mustard as our sauces. They only give 3 sauces per 20 chicken nuggets. Any extra sauces will cost $0.25 each.They weren't too busy at the time. Drive-thru was pretty open. Staff was pleasant. We did have to park at #1 spot to wait for the chicken nuggets and fries. Hey, I'll wait any day for fresh food versus getting food really fast that has been sitting at the warm bins. They brought out our foods and we were on our way to the next stop. Thank you McDonald's for being present when we needed you most!Btw, chicken nuggets were delicious as always, but their fries were a bit starchy IMHO. Water was fine except one of them turned out to be a Sprite. Hope someone who bought a Sprite didn't get our water.

One of my pet peeves is placing a mobile order and your food not being ready when you get to the window. What's the purpose of a mobile order so that your food is ready quicker if it's not gonna be ready and you have to pull into the reserved drive-through spot It's really annoying and then you watch everyone behind you get their food and your little meal still doesn't come out. The workers were really nice and explaining that my food wasn't ready, but it doesn't change the annoyance. My food was hot and fresh though.

Worst McDonald's ever I'm standing the only one in line to order food and this lady wouldn't take my order I shouldn't have to wait 20min for someone to take my order especially at McDonald's so I walked right out I'm sure I would've been standing there an hour or more for the worker to take my order

ONLY USE DRIVE THRUDon't eat in-estaurant. They have no cashier and won't help with the stupid app that won't give the rewards you supposedly have. ONLY USE DRIVE THRU

Need new management they all are rude and they always messing up orders I go there often and there's always a problem.Today I ordered a quarter powder with bacon meal at 1030 am the fries were old and they didn't put the bacon on the burger and I paid for it and they don't answer the phone thumbs down

I would like to have given this place negative score but can't.I used the McDonald's mobile app and then sat in the drive thru more more then 45 mins. This place sucks, they have lost the definition of fast food.

I strongly dislike this location every time I go inside thinking it will take less time then the drive thru and i always end up waiting 20-30 min at least.There was a previous time I placed a mobile order I sent my boyfriend in with a screenshot of the order and the code and everything.My boyfriend comes back ten min later saying that the lady in the front is saying it can't be a screenshot. I go inside with him we wait another 20-25 min Which is absolutely ridiculous seeing as it was a mobile order. I had to get a workers attention from the back and ask for my order. It looked like none of these workers were even worried about the orders in the front.I shouldn't have to track down my food. Also no one even asked me for the code I'm sure the girl got it the 1st time I sent my boyfriend in she was just giving us a hard time. It was this girl with purple hair she kinda has an attitude I don't know why people take jobs they obviously don't like.

Online and door say that this location opens at 5am Mon-FriIm here on a Wednesday 6am and not open yet. Smh

Absolute worst drive thru tonight 6:25pm just pick another location any other.Why don't they just go back to one lane and pace the orders what's the point of bottlenecking two lanes

This location sucks. They have food and customers waiting for 15 to 20 minutes in the lobby. Do not come to this location. They have no idea what they're doing.
