Mayitas Sinaloense Cuisine

Really welcoming food truck with very high quality ingredients making this spot a hidden gem. We decided to try their breakfast items and the portions are generously great I barely even had to eat lunch and dinner from how full I was from their torta despierta. A must try.

I showed up during their posted hours, but they were closing down early because they had an event to cater. I figured I was out of luck and would have to try them later. But the owner (I missed his name) wanted me to try some of the pork he was cooking for the event, and it was delicious! I also had one of their burritos and it was fabulous, too. The food is great, and the people are very personable. No wonder everyone gives them five stars! I'll be back for sure!

We stumbled up Mayitas at Electric Brewery this past weekend, when we arrived the first thing we noticed was that the food smelled amazing but knowing we just ate prior to coming to the brewery, we weren't looking to order anything at the time. This review is more about the staff of the food truck than the food because we didn't try much of the food. A little while into is hanging out at the breweries one of the guys working the truck came out and gave us a free sample of their meats and chips and it was delicious! We eventually ended up ordering our baby a side of rice for her to snack on as she was getting grumpy and then they brought us out a free sample of their beans to try! The rice and beans were delicious and again we were impressed. Right as we're packing up, the owner came out and gave us a small taco to try, stating that he noticed our little one enjoying the rice so much he wanted us to partake too! We ended up having such a nice conversation with him where we learned his mom makes all the food, that all the meats are marinated for multiple hours and that they are a family run business. Such a pleasant experience from an owner you can tell actually cares! We are new to the Murrieta area but can't wait to find their truck again and try a lot more items on their menu! Stopped here last week Thursday and had the Barbacoa. They offered free samples of their other dishes and all were top notch! Service was very friendly and accommodating too. Mayi is one sweet lady with incredible chef skills! Thank you Mayita's!

Absolutely delicious! The chilorio is my favorite. The Macha is great too. I've been getting the chilorio burritos for lunch and the Macha breakfast burrito for breakfast. Great beans great tortillas great meats friendly service. This is my favorite place to eat near Hemet and Menifee. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It's on highway 74 and sultanas road. I promise you won't be disappointed.

This place is amazing. I wouldn't normally think of a food truck on a dirt lot as having some of the best Mexican food, but they really do. They stay so busy all day that you want to be early so they don't run out of something you might want. Super friendly guy with mom cooking up food like she's making it for her family. Keep an eye on their schedule so you can catch them for delicious food!

That breakfast burrito was the best I've had EVER. I got the shredded pork burrito with eggs potatoes cheese. The tortilla tastes like nothing you've ever had it was soft warm and buttery. The potatoes were soooo good. The red and green salsa was not too hot and complimented the meal perfectly. There are not enough places making authentic food like this. Definitely my new breakfast burrito spot. Yum X 10
