Mattel Toy Store

We normally frequent the El Segundo Mattel store, but being in the neighborhood we decided to try this one. Staff was friendly, but as far as toys and stock go, we much prefer the El Segundo version.

This review is for the manager. She had horrible customer service and was not friendly at all. I asked to speak to a manager and she said "I am the manager". You would think being a manager would have better people skills. Not a lot of toy selection for today. Great prices since everything is 50% off. They need better management.

Not a whole lot of a selection but good stuff for ages 6months to teens. Baby toys to uno cards, Hot Wheels & Collectable Barbies at great prices. Shout out to Emily Flores for such great customer service and a quick check out! She helped me find great deals!

Love to come to this place. The magic of the toys. The smile of the crew, and all the different selection of toys. I just wish you have more Barbie signature dolls available. Beside that. Im in. - Johann

This place used to be good, now there's new workers who take all the good items right before they restock for themselves and don't let the public get good picks on their items !! I've seen this happening for months now and i see other reviews saying the same thing .This is SO beyond rude and if it's in your policy that workers are allowed to get the things that they want first so the public barely gets good items LET EVERYONE KNOW!! ITS A WASTE OF TIME !! They always have damaged things so if you want to find anything that's what you'll probably be getting in the middle of the day .

It's really nice I Like to go see the Barbie's and Star Wars items I love the Barbie movie it was amazing

Awesome discount, smaller than I thought for a warehouse store. They do have a lot of different things on a daily, baby items, toddler toys, dolls and hotwheel. Packaging are slightly damages for some, some are actually brand new looking. This place is out of nowhere. Plenty of parking, you probably won't spend more than 30mins to look around. Staff are very nice, they will need email to sign up for discount.

Love this place!!! Drove from Vegas for my birthday present, and I was totally impressed and satisfied. The customer service was so amazand friendly and very helpful. We'll be going back again.
