Master Smoke Shop

I read the reviews before even stepping foot inside, so I was already aware of horrible customer service. I was in the area and just needed wraps. It says they do not open until 9 AM, the man open the door less than 10 minutes before nine, I got out of my car and I asked him if they were open because it also look like he was cleaning, instead of stopping and talking to me, he walks away and says well the door is open, there was no need for the attitude, when I step inside I asked if they had any wraps, and he points behind the counter. I asked if he had any white owl brand. He laughs and says he does not know what I'm talking about, I let him know. There is an owl on the cover of the package, he still did not know what I meant and before I turned around to leave, I looked up and saw a variety of them on the top shelf, I just wanted to get out of there at this point, I got two of them, which was difficult because I told him which two I wanted, and he kept putting the one back that I wanted. I ended up just getting two that I didn't even want because that's what was in his hand. I am also annoyed at the fact that I could've paid about two dollars for this at another location but paid almost 5 dollars.Just a super awkward encounter to start my morning, I've been here once before a couple years ago, when I first moved to the city, and this was not the same man who had helped me that day, that man was quiet and awkward but at least he wasn't rude like this one.

Was at the car wash and decided to look for cigar shops close by. This place may have some bad reviews but I'm super glad to have still given it a chance. I primarily went in for the cigars which they had a DECENT selection from varying price ranges... they had MY FAV brand... Tatiana and a few flavors too.I noticed they had a pretty wide selection of cigarettes, rolling papers/supplies, and glass items.Also, in regards to treatment the employee(not sure if they were the owner but either way) was attentive and friendly. I was pleased with my experience.

Terrible service tonight. I've never experienced someone so rude in this city. My items had a total of $6.20 and only had a $20. The man at the register asked me if I had change. When I said no he immediately started making a fuss, threw his hands up and it sounded like he said "bullshit". I reached my hand back out for my money and walked out. Whoever you are, you need to learn some customer service skills. Do better.

I went to many shops in the area for a decent selection of cigars and was disappointed. One shop keeper didn't even know the brands of cigars he had in his two tiny shelves. However, I found this place on Yelp and when I got there, they had the specialty cigars I was looking for! The shop keeper was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful. It was a clean and welcoming shop. Considering the slim selections in this area for a good cigar, this place is now my favorite when I'm visiting.

The shop is nice. The selection is big and their products are fresh.That's about all you need from a smoke or tobacco shop.Their cigars looked appealing. The organization is done where everything is easy on the eyes.I just came in for cigarettes and cigarillos.Just wanted to show this place some love since it had bad reviews.I'll be back anytime because I record music in the Eastvale area.Who want smoke?Come here

Iv bin coming here for a year or two buying the same things and usually its an older short guy with a mask on and we never talked besides thank you and goodbye. He was rude and had an attitude today because i was asking him when hed get a certain product in again. You see me all the time buying the same thing dude. Tried asking about other ones besides the one he pointed at as an alternative but i said its a little rough on price and he was just like idgaf man choose emotionally aggressively waving at them and he angrily walked away to help some other lady. Buddy if you hate your life so much do something else. So sad.

All of the staff are from Egypt. They are usually cold and generally not friendly, but there is one employee in particular that is very rude and impatient. I've always been very, very nice to him even when he is impolite and insulting. I figured he has some kind of mental disorder. One time I went in there with my Muslim friend, and they spoke in Arabic. This was the first time I ever saw him smile, which leads me to believe that this is situation where he simply doesn't like Americans. I have brought this up with other employees, but he's not working, and they just shrugged their shoulders like they don't care. Whatever the case, they do seem to like American money so perhaps they could at least fake being nice. Unfortunately, this is the only smoke shop within 6 miles of my house, otherwise I would never go back.

the old guy was rude as fuck when i asked him a couple questions. bad vibes there, I will not return.

THEY SELL FAULTY E-CIGGS!!!!! (Hyppe flow, elfbar, etc.)I bought a puff from here and it wasn't the first time it was bad. After being irritated and shopping there for months i finally went back the next day of the purchase to tell the owner it was a bad puff and can i please exchange it. He then gets rude and says he doesn't want to help me. He sees me all the time and knows me so i don't why i was treated like i was lying. I've bought many products from here but after today and first hand experiencing TERRIBLE RUDE customer service to myself and other customers I highly recommend you don't trust what they sell and take your business elsewhere.

Would leave no stars if I could . Went to pick out a vape and told the owner icy mint he gave me strawberry banana after I opened it I realized and mentioned he gave me the wrong one, he decides to start getting loud and having a huge attitude making a scene all while I remained calm . Don't go here unprofessional and lack of customer service . Not everyone should own a business and he's definitely one of those people .
