Master Art Academy

This is such an excellent program. Precisely what kids need. Instead of being on their phones or watching TV, they are learning about art and how to express themselves using art. The environment is safe, warm, and nurturing. I hope that everyone can see the benefit of what nurturing creativity can do for young minds. Great job Master Art Academy!

Very structured. I love the weekly homework and how Ms. Misaki holds the kids accountable.

Our kid has been coming to art class for more than a year now. I was surprised she actually has stayed since she seems to loose interest easily but the class keeps them doing different things to keep them engaged. They work on art drawing and clay work. The teachers are nice and very understanding. Will definitely recommend this program to all of our friends.

They discontinued my son and told me he has behavior issues out of the blue. I did not get any heads up about this, no second chance whatsoever! My son is 5 year old, how they handled it is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I even talked with my son's school counselor, she was shocked and asked if this is their school after school program. This art center apparently works with a charter school, I hope their students is not being treated the same way. NOT recommended.To respond to the owner's response: you made my son sounded like a horrible child to work with, to be honest. To the point I even reached out to his school counselor, but turned out his is just a NORMAL 5 year old. Even yourself admitted over text messages that you should have done better with communication with parents. If 5 is too young, then set a higher age limit. I personally would never send my kid back there.

Misaki at The Good Design Shop was amazing and so organized with my kids. She is very knowledgeable and had great teaching skills. My kids had fun while learning different drawing techniques and terminology to go with. Both my kids can't wait to go back!

Essential learning experience for my child! With lots of schools putting less emphasis on art, it is so important to add an art class to develop her creativity. This is such a safe and friendly environment that fills her creative needs. Love the pictures that get emailed so I have a record of everything she does. 10/10!
