Marui Sushi

It was a noisy dinner at Mauri, again! I give my stars according to the number of times I 'mmmm' as I eat. Every meal at Mauri is pretty just Mmmmming' here, 'Mmmming' there, everywhere an 'mmmm' 'mmmmm'. Honestly, God, I love this place! I've said it before, but when I die, I'm going to MAURI! It's my fav place. It is always SO GOOD! Sorry, no new pictures of our delicious delicacies (I think I've exhausted my limit of pictures LOL). Just imagine the visions of deliciousness.

I had high hopes for this place but it just was a very meh experience.[Food]- Miso soup: too salty- House salad: way too much dressing. Was not a fan of the dressing as well; it was some sort of soy sauce based dressing. Would recommend dressing on the side or with a different dressing.- I ordered the Noodle combination with sashimi and vegetable noodles. The vegetable noodles was udon noodles with some vegetables. The broth was sweet?? I've never had sweet broth with my udon before and it did not taste good. Sashimi came with salmon and tuna. The salmon was pretty good, but the tuna tasted rubbery and not fresh. My mom ordered the same thing and agreed- Dad ordered the lunch bento combination with beef terriyaki and sashimi. The beef terriyaki was good. He shared the same sentiment about the sashimi- Uncle ordered Unaju (eel) bowl, said this was good![Service]- Wasn't busy on a Saturday for lunch. We were seated immediately.- I think our server was new, so she tried her best but I'd say service was ok- Didn't have Japanese Pepper seasoning (Sansho Ko) for eel :(

The food is great. The service is great. But the ambiance: it's the Beyoncé of ambiance aka the best.I would show you pictures of the food but .... It's gone. We inhaled it. 17/10. Wonderful place.

Was in the area waiting for a service to be done on my car and decided to have lunch here. We were promptly greeted and seated in a booth. My husband and I both opted for lunch combinations, which were served with miso soup and steamed rice. I chose teriyaki salmon and sashimi (tuna and salmon). The teriyaki salmon was perfectly cooked with a slight charred/grilled flavor that I enjoy; and the sashimi was fresh and tasty as well. Portion was perfect and filling for lunch and we both left satisfied. Marui is a hidden gem!

Staff very friendly but food was mediocre. Tried twice to order on their website but was unsuccessful; had to eventually call in. We ordered to go and the spicy garlic edamame was ok. The bento was ok as well. We ordered a hot sake and it was placed in a USED soju bottle which is weird and wildly unhygienic.

Great place for Family. The food is always fresh, Sushi is the perfect temperature. I've never ever gotten sick like I have from other sushi restaurants. I love the atmosphere, The best customer service, waitresses are so sweet.

Had dinner here with a friend. First ever visit and definitely won't be the last. Service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. They don't skimp out on the portions. I ordered Philadelphia roll and it didn't disappoint. Had a couple of the specialty rolls as well and really good sake. Highly recommend

Love this sushi bar. The food and service is outstanding! 10 stars if I could. We come here twice a week. Worth every dollar.

Marui Sushi is our go to sushi place. It is ALWAYS delicious, no matter what we order. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. Even my 10 year old granddaughter loves Marui. This is the best place, and I set "the bar" to them and it's really high!

It's always a wonderful experience when we visit. We've celebrated birthdays with our kids and enjoyed special date nights here.Tonight, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and as always, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They even took our picture to display on the wall!We'll definitely be back.TiMandy
