The service wasn't its best. The server seemed confused and still got the order wrong after I told her the order in Spanish so I know there wasn't a language barrier. We had to wave at our waitress to even get a refill on water. The food- was cold when we received it and it wasn't busy inside the restaurant. I got the wet burrito and like I stated previously, it was cold. My friend ordered a Torta and was soggy by the time she received it and my other friend ordered a ceviche plate but the mix wasn't very good.

If I could rate 0 starts, I would! Not only is the food bad it has no flavor and seems half assed and old, but the servers are scammers! Not to mention, 1 girl was just constantly disappearing to the restroom, and when I went in there to use the restroom she was arguing with her boyfriend on FaceTime. Service was terrible. They changed my total 3 times, each time it was a different amount they also added a service charge fee of $40 for 4 people. We got 1 appetizer and 2 plates. At the end of the day my total was $300.. they tipped themselves $79. I realized that later when I checked my statements. We ordered 4 tequila shots and they charged them as "custom" shots .. if you're a server you know "custom" means you can alter the price to whatever you want $20 for well tequila in SAN BERNARDINO is insane. Never again, 10/10 would NOT recommend.

My wife and I came here to eat, and we never came back. We got the aguachile plate, and we paid for our meal then left. After awhile as we were driving home, there was an extra $10 charge the waitress had added. She added the tip for herself!! Total ripoffff!

I see why the reviews are mixed the Service is below average our waitress was always at the next table talking but not checking on us? The food was good but not hot just warm which means is becomes cold quickly this place could be special if a little more effort was put in the things mentioned. The place was clean and not many people they had Monday night football and soccer lots of tv's.

Very good food. The Happy Oysters & Shrimp Ceviche was full of flavor. Thank you. I'll definitely be back.

Be careful with fees! They have an automatic 15% service fee that it's not listed on the menu. They said they're waiting for the new menus to come in. They also charge automatically an additional 15% for five people or more (this is understandable) plus they have a $3 charge if you use your debit card. A $100 meal will cost you $143 - unacceptable especially in San Bernardino. You've been warned of this ripoff.

This place could really be a great place. My friend and I love the convenience of the place, being right off the fwy. BUT.... The service is horrible! We would order drinks, get our drinks, and the two female bartenders would go into the restaurant part (we were in the bar area) and stay in that area for long periods of time. We would have to wave them down to get their attention. I know it's not because the restaurant was busy, because it was not. The male bartender is amazing though! So 3 stars for him I really hope someone from the restaurant reads these reviews. You are totally losing customers!

The food is good but really the server Vidal deserves the five stars. Every time my crew and I go we request him as our waiter! He makes us feel comfortable and always keeps us laughing. Service is 10/10 would recommend!

Chips were made in old oil. Immediately left as soon as the old greasy chips were served to our table. Service, was mediocre. Waitress seemed upset we left. Honestly I couldn't agree with the 0 star reviews any more. Ambiance? Dead as hell, maybe hell had a couple more visitors. I could see a tumbleweed in the distance. The drinks garbage, the Jamaica tasted like a kool laid packet. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they close in a week from now. Overall just gross location.
