I recently moved to Rialto and I had been looking for a good Marisco's restaurant. This place had excellent reviews on yelp so I gave it a try. I came for the food but I stayed for the service! The staff is a beyond nice and it feels genuine. Even when calling in an order for take out the people on the phone are so friendly. I'd highly recommend Mariscos El Puerto. The food and service are excellent and I've never seen much of a wait. The location is a little tucked away so you wouldn't find it unless you're looking for it. Plenty of tables, good music, and friendly staff. Make sure to check this place out.

Man I wish I knew about this place a lot sooner. My son treated me to dinner one Sunday evening. And he said pick any seafood place you want. I don't want to drive any where far, so this is where we ended up. I never knew there was so many lil businesses in this shopping center. It was pretty empty cuz it was close to closing. The young lady helping us was very helpful with our order and substitutes. And the food was soooooo darn good. Everything tasted fresh. I'm sooo looking forward to visiting again. This is a must try place... seriously a hidden lil gem.

On rainy days this is my go to place, their soups are divine. Many styles to choose from. My Favorite is the CALDO DE POLLO. Nice place to sit you can fit a large group of 10 people if needs Our waitress was kind and courteous. She brought us some chips and salsa. Let us look at the menu and took our order. It came within minutes. Great homestyle Mexican food , come here and enjoy the food. They do have a wide selection of MARISCOS, so don't be shy drop on in and. Enjoy some authentic Mexican Cuisine!!!

Unlawful Service Dog Refusal and Denial of Dining in so they can close early?!1 Star, I wish I could give a lower rating I feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing incident that unfolded at this establishment. Upon entering with my service dog, I was not only illegally denied service due to a demand for an ID card for having my dog?! but also shocked when the staff suggested I order takeout... When I asked why I should order take out they said because they want to close early and don't want my dog in their establishment! Their posted closing time is 9 PM, yet this encounter occurred at 7 PM - a full two hours before their stated closing time. I seriously thought it was a prank and cameras would reveal themselves... deeply saddening experience. This egregious disregard for both the law, which protects the rights of individuals with service animals, and their own posted business hours left me thoroughly disheartened. A business should be committed to providing equal and lawful service to all customers until their designated closing time.I implore the management to address this issue promptly, rectify the staff's misunderstanding of both the law and professionalism, and ensure that such incidents do not tarnish the reputation of this establishment in the future. Until then, my experience casts a shadow on their commitment to legality and customer service, and I cannot recommend this place to others. Instead, I will advise that no one steps foot near this environment.

My family and I were looking forward to eating here with my family, based in the reviews and menu option. I had called the restaurant ahead of time to ask about availability and they said they had plenty of open tables Upon arrival, we felt rushed to get to our seat, the server gave us our menu's and returned to out table within two minutes and asked of we could order to go because they wanted to close. It was 7:27pm, and yelp and posted signs said they closed at 9pm! We decided to leave as the while point was to have a sit down dinner. I am very disappointed with how unprofessional the establishment handled this. We will never recommend this establishment for anyone!

Highly recommend this place! I came when I seen the molcajete on the menu, I ordered the one with both seafood and chicken and steak. You get breaded shrimp that get soaked in the sauce which is a delicious tomatoe base, it reminded me of the tomato base my grandmother used for her Spanish rice, the shrimp soaks up the juice and goes so well. It also come with bacon wrapped shrimp that is stuffed with cheese and as well as cactus, steak and chicken, I will say the chicken was a bit dry but soak it in the sauce and it makes it so much better. Also homemade tortillas and beans and rice. I also had ordered pozole which comes in a huge bowl and it's fresh made only on weekends, I also ordered one fish taco that was just OK I feel it could be better but it was frozen fish sticks and I will admit the toppings, cabbage and their homemade sauce, made it taste better and I ordered a shrimp taco which was perfect.

Service was good. Food was good in general. My only complaint (and it's a personal preference complaint) is that the shrimp cocktail base was made with ketchup. I know different regions of Mexico do it differently. And I know better to ask first before I order (prefer clamato based).
