Worst service ever, moved my food without asking just forced me to move putting your nasty fingers and hands in my food, there was a large area across they could have cleaned up. Don't mind the roaches but for fuckks sake ask to move someone not force them. ******DO NOT EAT HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER******

The food is excellent! but the reason why I am giving this establishment one star is because of the extreme loud noise by the Banda music that plays there. it is SOOooo LOUD! no one can really eat comfortably. The place is just small enough for dining, but NOT big enough for that kind of live NOISE! Members of the band out-number the customers and with that place being so small, the music will end up causing hearing loss or damage because of its extreme loudness. In other words, a sound of 80 dB is 10 times as intense as a sound of 70 dB, 100 times as intense as 60 dB, and 1000 times as intense as 50 dB. Exposure to sounds of 140 dB or more can cause immediate permanent damage.in due time. I just wish the owner or owners would take note of this and cut this NOISE! out, once and for all.

First time visiting this restaurant. Called in the order, Nicole has the best customer service and is very wellSpoken. Very clearly went over certain items on the menu for me and made me feel like a valued customer. She took my order for a shrimp soup as she suggested it and said the broth was delicious. Also took a carne asada burrito. They gave us hot sauce, lemons, and chips to go. They just forgot our tortillas. When we arrived at the restaurant it was pretty clean, Candy took over the transaction, she is a veteran. The ambiance, service, and food get a 5 star. Thank you Nicole, I look forward to visiting again thanks to your amazing service .

Bad , horrible, devastating, to even say the least on costumer service . They are not professional at all , they have a take out option but don't take order unless you Are Present ? So how are you supposed to order and go when they take 1 hour just to Give you a simple tostada? If I can rate this place A zero I would put it on the negatives. Disappointing on all levels. Will not be going back at all or even Request to anyone to come here.

This local place has really nice staff and the food never disappoints. Good portion and good prices.

Tried this place recently on a friend's recommendation, and it's real good! I had the Camarones a la Diabla (Devil Shrimp), and it was spicy and delicious. Chips and salsa were great, and they have a good selection of bottled salsa at each table. I had three different waitresses helping me, and everybody was friendly. Full bar, TV's, the works.

This restaurant is not for families the music is super loud life play music for small restaurant it's incredibly loud plus you add the drunk man there staring at your family , you could barely talk and you feel very uncomfortable with so many drunk people there's no security. This place is a hazard waiting to happen. I'll be not surprised if somebody gets killed here there's no control in the alcohol men get super drunk and start starting to other people. I will never ever ever come to this place again the food is not that bad, but the environment is horrible. If you have a family, this is not a restaurant for you at all.

If you want to eat relax with your family definitely is not the place, the music is so loud and is a lot of drank men there.

Came here with my family expecting average costumer service. Instead, the waitress threw water bottles at the table. My grandmother asked for a different drink and rolled her eyes and never brought her the drink. Worst costumer service ever. Do not recommend this place at all!
