Our machine rental never froze, the man that came to set it ip was a very nice man. He set up since 8am to guarantee freezing, it never even slushed. We waited and waited not once did it slush or freeze. Our event was on a super hot day and we were so bummed it did not work. When the nice employee came to pick up the machine we explained the issue he said he would tell the owner of our problem so that he could reach out to us, it never happened. Not one call nothing. I really wanted to be happy as I have been with my previous rentals from other companies in the past. Sadly this time we were disappointed.

I got a machine for my sons birthday. They were in time, Reasonably priced and would definitely use again. Super professional.

Big hit at my Luau party!! Their customer service is outstanding! Joey was extremely professional and informative. The mixes tasted great! I chose the lime and strawberry mixes. $185 a day is EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE and worth it. Serves about 40 each machine so a total of 80 servings which is about $2.35 a cup but to be completely honest with you, you can stretch it! They also provide styrofoam cups and straws! I will definitely be using them for future events.

Great service, on time, and very responsive. We rented the dual margarita machine for my daughters baptism. They were super responsive. Delivered on time and explained what we had to do. It was a hit at the party. Definitely will use them again.

Preston always provides a quality rental with friendly service. The price cannot be beat...I've rented his machines three times and have had a great experience each time. My guests have love the margaritas his machines churn out. I recommend Pina colada and Lime.

Margarita Brothers helped make my daughters 21st Birthday party a great one! They responded quickly to my last minute request! Preston was friendly and helpful in recommending flavors and types of liquor to add to the mixes. He communicated with me before delivery and pick up of the machine. He set everything up... all I had to do was add the liquor! He was reasonably priced and very very nice! I look forward to renting from Margarita Bros again!

I used Margarita Brothers for my husband's 50th Birthday. It was one of the highlights of the party! Preston was very professional. From start to finish, I got great customer service. I rented the dual machine with the pina colada mix and margarita mix. They were both tasty. Preston delivered the machine early in the morning and picked it up the next afternoon. Prior covid we always rented from margarita brothers. This time around when I tried to rent the machine, they told us the owner had changed and provided the new number to the new owner. The machine it self was fine, it was the lack of communication that we had a problem with. The night before the owner called to confirm rental, which was as usual. The thing that was strange was when I asked what time would he be dropping it off, he said he didn't know. Previous owners always gave me an allotted time, which was great cause I made sure someone was at the location for drop off. But anyways, he ended up dropping off at 10 am which was fine. Previously the owner had always picked up 24 hours from drop off. This time around I get a message at 745 am the next day saying they will be picking up the machine in 15 min. I had no advance notice on the two hour in advance pick up. So at this time I wasn't home, I told him if he can give me a second I'll try to wake someone up cause it's 7 am! It's what he said next that got me mad! He asked if I gave him permission to go into my house so he can get it himself. First of all I just told him my children were sleeping, why would he think it's appropriate to ask to go in a house where I just explained people were sleeping. Who lets a stranger into their house just like that? Mind you I do understand it's Father's Day, but if he would had communicated prior on pick up/drop off time everything would have been fine.
