This review is solely for the market and not the "restaurant." Upon walking in, you can hear a few patron singing karaoke. It definitely caught me off guard but I quickly gave it a giggle and carried on. This establishment sells Indonesian and Filipino groceries but also sells Filipino hot food, buffet-style with a few dining tables, too. When we came midday, there were limited hot food items left. So, we didn't get to try it. As for the grocery store side, I'd recommend double checking the expiration dates of everything because there were a few items I looked at that were close to expiring. With that being said, everything seemed fairly priced.FYI, for Indonesian people who may have had their eyes caught by the business's name, it is Filipino owned. So, don't expect everything Indonesian related in there.

I came here for the first time to introduce my friends to Filipino food and while we got to the market close to closing time, thankfully there was still a good enough amount of food to feed us all. The staff inside were very kind and accommodating to us all, it made everyone feel welcome. The quality of food that was being sold was very authentic and tasted like comfort Filipino food! We specifically tried their chicken adobo and pancit which were both really delicious! All my friends really enjoyed their meals too and said it was really good which shows why I would recommend this place which also conveniently has an indoor market for snacks and other available goodies.

Very small local Asian market & a Filipino hot food section. There is also karaoke going on when we walked in.It kinda like a local market to pick up snacks and minor ingredients that you may have missed. We were craving Halo Halo and tried to look for ingredients. The guy (5stars customer service ) at the counter was trying to be so helpful. He didn't want to buy all the necessary ingredients just because we very craving it. He knew that it was going to be a long shopping list for just one serving. Sent us to the dessert place next door but they were closed. Finally asked the deli lady if she wouldn't mind us make one. Got one for under $9. Yeah!

Recently ordered from here for my SIL's baby shower and I was impressed with their portions. We ordered chicken adobo, beef caldereta, lumpia shanghai and tofu sisig. We got full trays of everything except for the tofu sisig, but we would've been good with half trays of all. The food was delicious! The only downside were all the bones in the adobo which had chopped chicken, but the flavor was good. Ordering was an easy process done over the phone. The lady who took my order was nice. I would definitely order here again in the future for sure. I'm glad I have a better idea of portions now that I've ordered. 10/10 highly recommend!

This is one of those market stores with a cafeteria-type deli where you can get hot food. I was not actually intending to have lunch that day, but I randomly drove past this place on my way to get gasoline for a long trip, and I did not regret my choice to stop by!Inside is a perfectly functional market that I briefly perused, which had many different Filipino goods that I didn't quite recognize. Seemed solid, but I can't say much about the market part. The hot food was very affordable and very fast (it's cafeteria-style, so they just scoop it up in front of you). A two-item combo is pretty cheap, around mid-single digits (forgot the exact price). I got the beef picadillo and the laing.First, they give you a lot of food. Second, it's tasty! The picadillo and the laing were both very tasty but different, the picadillo more savory and the laing, as a coconut milk dish, was sweeter - so they complemented each other well. I found the white rice somewhat moist, but some people like it that way. I actually personally don't like white rice that much (it wrecks my digestive system like when two of those giant warehouse trucks try to use the local highway exit at once), so I can't really comment on rice texture. That being said, the rice faithfully served its purpose and duty in soaking up the (very good!) flavors of the dishes and giving them substance. They didn't have dine-in at the time (COVID blah blah blah), but there's perfectly fine tables/seats outside. Parking is typical strip mall parking, which means it's easy even if you're a criminally incompetent driver like me. Definitely recommended if you want a very fast, tasty, cheap, very filling meal that you can take away easily. The amount of options (which you can look at select) also makes this a great place if you're indecisive on what you want to eat.

No sticker prices on their goods. Only a few has them. A hassle for any customers who wishes to know before buying.ALWAYS check the expiration dates esp on the canned goods.

Good Filipino food in Loma Linda. The kaldereta kanding (goat stew) is a must have as the goat is soft and chewy and real easy to eat. Chicken adobo is good just like any other restaurant. The bangus was so dry but tasted great. If you like fairly priced Filipino food then Mang Indo will satisfy you. To feed my wife and I only cost $30 for two scoops and two entrees each plus a canned soda.

As a Filipino student who is living away from home, I was craving some authentic Filipino food. This place had some really great options and the lady serving me made me feel right at home!Typically with a lot of fast food Filipino food places the food tends to be too greasy and sweet. However Mang Indo's food is flavorful and authentic! The pampano sinigang was great! The beef kaldareta was tender and flavorful!
