I've been here several times through the years, and the place seems to be losing its luster. Starting with the good, their burgers are stellar. Good (not great) selection of burgers to choose from, and they're all really great tasting. They have a very healthy selection of appetizers and drinks to supplement. The not so great list seems to be getting longer the more they're around. Service isn't top notch. They're curt, and some have clearly been working there too longer. They're too comfortable there, and know people won't say anything. The menu is a little outdated. Their salad option is terrible, they have nothing that would be considered modern or "healthy". Adding in a portobello mushroom patty, or a black bean patty, or an impossible burger patty would be great. The worst is their prices. $7.99 for a small side of fries was crazy. $67 for two of of us, 1 burger, 1 salad, 1 side of fries, one side of zuchinni sticks, a shake, and a soda. The prices just don't reflect well considering the service, aging decor, and somewhat lackluster options. If you want a good burger, it's a good option, but I wouldn't go there for much else. It needs a serious refresh.

We stopped in for brunch while visiting Temecula and weren't disappointed. The restaurant is right off historic route 395 with plenty of parking, which was convenient. The restaurant was bustling and has casual vibe with outdoor seating and pet friendly. How let's talk about the heart and soul of Mad Madeline's Grill, the food. I had the good morning burger with sweat potato fries. This burger was a masterpiece with perfect blends of textures and flavors that transported my tastebuds to various levels. The staff here are warm, welcoming, and have great knowledge of the menu, which elevated our dinning experience. In conclusion, Mad Madeline's Grill is an iconic gem that goes beyond just being a restaurant but an experience. It succeeded our expectations by not only satisfying our palates but provided an impressive dinning experience that has inspired a return. We'll definitely be back when in the area!

When you want a good burger from a true burger joint this is the place to go . These burgers are massive . My partner and I shared and neither of us could finish . Fresh cut fries as well ( wish there were a tad crispier ) and very tasty . The owner came over after I tried to take a bite and said I wondering if you were going to be able get in there . ( lol) . He was friendly and so was the staff

From first bite to last the Massive burgers, wait did I mention Massive ? Ya ! okay just making sure , they are scrumptious . Burgers come as a combo meal with french fries . I also ordered frickles , you know fried pickles absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the zucchini too , came to the table really crispy fried to golden perfection. Nutella malt with extra malt real whip cream on top and oh so thick . Very pleased with this meal . Outdoor dining is all they have so it can be a bit chilly in the winter , dress for the weather . ~ Final note * They do add an 8% service charge to all meals .... I feel it's important to inform people ahead of time before choosing to dine here .

We were heading to San Diego and wanted to try the popular burger spot in the Old Town Temecula. We were at the restaurant after 1pm on Sunday 01/07/23.The restaurant looks like an old fashion hamburger stand. There is a very small parking structure shared with Texas Lil's. We were lucky to get the spot. Before entering, there was a note posted on the window stating the 8% inflation charge. The waiter told us to sit anywhere. The tables and booth were very tight and small. You can also sit at the stools along the window area.Ordered: 3 sodas1 -classic 1/4lb hamburger with friesI -classic 1/4lb cheeseburger fries1 -1/2lb charbroiled chicken with upgraded onion ringsThe burgers were completely dry and burnt. The hamburger patty size was much smaller than the bun. The cheeseburger was little bit bigger but smaller than the bun. The chicken burger was tender but not as flavorful. It was little burnt. The fries were okay. The onion rings were bland and kind of greasy. Overall, the food was okay. I paid $75.52 + generous tips. The one thing that I liked was the branded burned on the buns. The service was ok, and the ambiance was nice.

Everything was so tasty and yummy!! The portions were pretty deceiving on the menu. We definitely thought the food and fries were going to be a lot more. The service was super friendly, but could be more attentive. We sat around the backside of the restaurant and barely got refills. They have outdoor seating and the ambiance is great!Parking will be a hassle!!

Went here for the first time. Sat for 10 minutes before we were waited on. We each ordered 1/2 pound cheese burger, patty was well done, the bun was the worst part, big and hard. A lot better places than this in Temecula.
