Macias Jumpers

These people are amazing!! On 4th of July we had another company (WOW JUMPERS) ...we paid and they were supposed to show up at 11:00. After waiting three hours we started calling around and finally found Macias Jumpers. On very short notice they came through for us. The driver was supposed to go home for the day to be with his family but went out of his way!!Thank you so much we had a house full of disappointed anxious kids. Thanks to Macias Jumpers they had a great time!!

If you're looking for someone reliable and shopping for a good deal, this is the place to call. Good selection and all of their materials look very clean.

This company is not honest I just called to inquire about their cost. They texted me about the cost so I asked for a confirmation or agreement which they did not provide. All of a sudden they came to the event with the tables and chairs. I told them that I was not given a confirmation on our text. That is why I decided to use another company but they said that I need to pay them so I did which is my mistake. The next day I went back to our text messages and sure enough there was no confirmation that I agreed to their service. I called them for reimbursement because I did not use their services but they refused. Please do not trust this company, don't take any verbal agreement until they send you a written agreement which they did not provide to me. They know what truly happened, I did not use their tables and chairs. Karma for not being in good faith with the customer and I'll take my loss.

They answer my quote within the hour, talk about awesome service. Called today an hour before my party and they delivered within the hour. Talk about last minute...I was able to get the jumper I wanted and my daughter had an awesome birthday thanks to her jumper. Great price, awesome service, whats not to love!? They will forever be my party plug.

Um, they don't ever answer their phone. I call and message year after year, no one replies.

Hired Macias Jumpers for a party . They came early to deliver the jumper and chairs. I was very pleased with the professionalism and care they showed while delivering and picking up the the items rented. I will definitely rent from them again .

2 weeks ago we made a reservation for a combo water slide for my daughters 16 Birthday . Since we can't have family over I felt bad and wanted to make this day special . Delivery was confirmed yesterday between 10:00 and 12:00 it's 12:35 all the numbers on the web and no one can pick up the dam phone or answer my texted . They never delivered what I reserved. So if you want to waist your time and make your love one sad on thr special day call this company .

They were very professional and quick to accommodate a mix up.Very clean tables, chairs and jumper. I will rent from them again!

We rented a bounce house obstacle course the kids party. The communication was good before the party and the day of delivery. The delivery guy was friendly for both drop-off and pick up. His reccomendation for set up was perfect. And set up was quick. The bounce house was clean. Thanks again the kids and kids at heart had a blast
