Our grandkids love to play here.It's great to let them get their energy out!They're great at making sure the kids play safely. It's also nice that tables and chairs are provided for people where you can watch your youngsters

Is this place closing down for good? We've gone a few times within the month and it was closed every single time but there's no phone line. Would love to know if they're just renovating and temporarily closed or if they're shutting down completely. This is the only indoor playground near by for my 3 toddlers and has a lot of potential to be great!

Really enjoy taking my 2 year old here when we need an indoor activity that's a close drive for us !I love that they have a baby section, a toddler section, as well as the bigger slides for the older kiddos. They even have arcade games and a little food court! Will absolutely be back with my toddler (:

We had the grandkids and after dinner decided to let them unleash their energy! This is the perfect place to do it. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. We went in at 5:15pm, they close at 7pm. You pay the entire amount, no discount pries for hourly pay. We promised kiddos an ice cream or dots but no can do cause the snack shack was closed. That was disappointing as it should stay open until entire business closed. Also, the bathrooms closed at 6:45pm. What! If ya gotta go, ya gotta go! Again, it should be open until 7pm. Still had fun, the place was a hit with the kids and yes we'll be back.

Took my kids here today. Hours of operations said Sunday 11am - 6pm. We arrived at 11:50am and the place was closed. Many Kids including mine were left disappointed and other parents very frustrated. I hung around the area and came back an hour later and it was still closed. What a shame. Kids Empire is definitely better.

This place has seen better days. Most of the arcade type games are turned off. We used to be a member here less than a year ago and the changes within the facility are very obvious. Noticed the games used to be full points - for example, 4 points to play a game. But now all the games are for example, 4.2 or 8.6 points. Makes it challenging to tally up what is needed for the kids to play a game. While the place is clean -- the air compression ball launchers have not worked in the year we've been going there. Ball pit needs restocking. Corners of the tables need baby proofing considering there are dozens of kids running around and accidents could happen.

Do not get a membership here. They make cancellation difficult. I just got charged another month membership even though I canceled 9 "business days" ago (13 days ago if you count the weekends). I've attached part of the confirmation email as evidence that they received my cancellation request. I have tried to contact management to confirm that my one month membership was indeed cancelled, but there is NEVER management available. It's always young employees that keep saying the manager isn't in, I need to talk to a manager about this and/or if you cancelled online it should he fine. Well, unfortunately they are wrong. It was not fine and their online cancellation system does not work. I signed up for a one month membership because moms I met wanted to do playdates here. When I signed up, I asked about the cancellation policy and they said you can sign up and even cancel tomorrow, and you can use the membership for the rest of the month. They said just to cancel before 5 business days which I did. The management here is completely absent and they fraudulently charge their customers. I am posting this review because this happened to someone else I know too. I should have learned from their experience. What if people do not track their credit card charges? My husband also tried calling multiple times with no success.

Took our kids here for the first time after driving by on multiple occasions. In theory, the idea of an indoor playground for kids and adults is great, but we quickly realized that this place needs some major TLC if they hope to generate repeat business.First, the place looks and smells like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Strong odors can be smelled throughout the indoor playground and there was no sign of any cleaning taking place during the time we were there. Our kids actually ended up sick the next day and our trip to Luv 2 Play immediately came to mind. Also, the playground does not have enough lighting and was quite dark.Next, the amount of damaged equipment throughout the playground was disappointing. The floor tile mats were lifted in several places (tripping hazard), ball launchers broken, several of the swing toys and carrousels falling apart due to wear and tear, and half of the arcade machines were out of order or disconnected. Also, their cafe area was closed and out of nearly all food items, but you can't bring your own food in... what?Realistically, this place needs a complete renovation. Until then, I'd encourage parents to visit any of the other modern and up-kept indoor playgrounds nearby.

All their games are broken or missing pieces. Their cafe is sold out of everything except pizza. Its freezing in here, so cold we had to leave. Just wasted money. Everything is super dirty. Is this is place shutting down? What happened? Doesn't matter I guess, won't be returning. Do not recommend.

This place is ridiculous try to make a membership they only accept cards. I told them I only wanted for a month but they kept charging me monthly . I kept disputing it with my credit card company every month now I have to closed my card and open a different one. No wonder this place is closing .
