How can I give this a negative 100 stars? If you're here because you found these people on Instagram or on google, or tiktok and want to verify how legit or reliable this company is, in short they are not. Do not take a chance on them, do not give them the benefit of the doubt. This is not Amazon Prime where you can take a chance on a couple of bad reviews and just return the product; no harm no foul if it doesn't workout. Please continue to read. These people work in the OC area and the IE. This is the worse company out there in the party/rental industry. Edgar, Should be embarrassed of the company he runs with Angie @lunatents_70 . Edgar, You couldn't even answer a phone call nor text me back after reading my texts! Which is why I then had to get in contact with @lunatents_70 to find out what was going on with my event. Still no answer from you. Then I'm told you're on your way multiple times only to be told by someone else (because you didn't even have the decency to do it yourself)that you would not be making my delivery at all. I don't get it, aren't your events for the people??? Isn't that your slogan??? " All for YOUR events". Tell me what did you do for my event!? After weeks of communication, booking confirmation, you said no deposit needed, that I'd pay at setup.... Is this something you guys are used to doing on the regular? Is this why you had a "delivery" in Santa Ana that you chose to make before coming my way after you were already a day late??? Is it because maybe in the IE people already know how unprofessional, horrible at communication and extremely irresponsible you both are with your clients???? I mean enlighten me I'd really like to know. You guys at Luna are not worthy of a single client. Do better because we deserve better. Háganse un favor y no hagan negocios con esta gente. Son extremadamente irresponsables y ni les importa. Esta compañía no sirve para nada. A Angie no le da verguenza subir fotos de su trabajo un día después que dejan a uno con un evento casi arruinado por ellos. Que ni fueron dignos de pedir una sola disculpa al decirme que no van a llegar el día de mi evento a solo horas de empezar, y encuanto me manda el mensaje me bloquea oh apaga el teléfono. Que tipo de compañía están manejando, Angie y Edgar?No entiendo como tan facil quedan mal como si nada y se pone a subir fotos de lo que hicieron este fin de semana que paso. Que verguenza la verdad. Gente como usted y @luna_tent_rentals no son dignos de tener ni un solo cliente. Que verguenza de gente son ustedes para la comunidad del alquiler de fiestas/eventos.

My fiancée had inquired with this company about a quote on rentals for our wedding next year. We scheduled an appointment for 12-3 with one of their staff members to come out to the location and measure with us so we can see if it would work out on all ends. We were very excited to get started with this company and get our deposits in for our special day. We get to the location around 12 and we text the person we had been working with to a reply saying "We have it scheduled for 2:15." which was never agreed upon. After asking when we scheduled that time, he began to ignore us and reject our multiple calls. We decided that we would wait until 2:15 to see if he would show up, which to no surprise he did not. Save yourself the hassle and look for a better company to help with your event. Couldn't imagine if we got all the way to our wedding day for them to no call/no show our event. If it looks to good to be true, then it is.

Don't waste your time with these unprofessional people. Edgar is a horrible business owner and his wife or whoever the lady is is just as bad! When you book table set ups for 70 people a month in advance and then the day before your event they ghost you and never show up that's what you get with these people. Prob aren't even licensed. Blocked phone called and texts seems like they can care less about customer service. Smh

At first speaking to Edgar (for over an hour) we were excited about having him possibly set up for our wedding. On the day of the appointment that we had scheduled the day before he was a no call & no show. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that "something had happen". Around 6 hours after the preset meeting time I received a text in Spanish translating to he's sick and I don't speak too much English. Again, I just figuring that he would reach out to me within the next few days....That has come and gone. My advice save yourself the stress and the headache "Is he going to show up or not feeling". Go with a more reliable company, they really aren't that much more.

Very profesional and easy to contact. I truly recommend for your special event! I got a whole package for my nieces Quinceañera and all our guest loved it... this size of tent fit for over 200 guest, it was perfect for us. Very hard working people, Thank you Edgar!

Hired Luna tents for my wedding this past month. At first the experience was very pleasant. Angie, the woman who helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were the most affordable tent rental company in my area, so I decided to hire them for the wedding. We ordered a 40x80 tent, tables, chairs and linens. Once we finalized our order, I asked for a signed physical contract and she told me we didn't need one. When I insisted she finally gave me an appointment, but when I went to meet her she wasn't there and had left the contract with a person who was not familiar with the prices. The amounts on the contract were higher than what she quoted me. I corrected the prices and she agreed to honor my initial quote, so we proceeded with our contract. Over the next few months I made a few changes to our contract, (adding draping and more linens) and she was nearly impossible to get in touch with. As the day approached I had to call her multiple times to get a delivery day and time. We agreed to Thursday morning, but even then I didn't get a specific time until the night before. I made it clear that the venue was not my home and I needed a clear time from her. When they arrived on Thursday, I noticed they only had the tent and when I asked her about the rest of the order she said she didn't know when they could deliver it. I told her that we agreed on delivery for Thursday morning, but it wasn't until they were leaving that they told me they'd bring the tables and chairs that evening.I was not able to stay for delivery that evening, and when I arrived Friday morning I found out that the order wasn't complete. We were missing some tables, chairs and all the linen. When I called her, she said she wasn't sure what time they could deliver the rest of the order, even though the wedding was the next day. Eventually she told me she'd be there at 10pm, but she didn't arrive at that time and ignored all my calls and texts. I left the venue at midnight and she hadn't arrived, but my sister stayed behind to wait for her. When I told her I had to leave, she finally replied to my messages, only to ask who would pay her the balance. I told her I'd pay the balance once everything was delivered and she didn't have to worry about that because we had a signed contract. She didn't arrive until past 1am, which means several of my family members didn't get any rest the day before the wedding, because they were waiting for her. Then when we were setting up we noticed that several of the linens she delivered were stained or ripped, but we had no time to replace them.She didn't apologize to me or my sister for being late. Then after being so unprofessional, she had the nerve to text me first thing Saturday morning asking about her payment. It was the day of my wedding, so I didn't get to her right away and she proceeded to send me rude texts about her money on my wedding day. We had a signed contract and I was very clear that I would pay her, so there was no need to for that. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their price is not worth putting up with their terrible service.
