Lumi Cake Supply & Party Decor

Thank you Lumi Cake Supple, a first birthday party has surely been ruin.I just got home from picking up at cake, 5 minute drive and the cake already fell apart. The head, tail and wings are too heavy and caused the cake to fall apart. It's common sense, if the exterior parts are too heavy either put them to the side and have the customer place them at home or use lighter material. I Do not recommend anyone to purchase a cake from here, prices are not that great Nor are the cakes.Please see Flamingo Cake pictures!

Came in out of curiosity with my husband and daughter. When we walked in the lady at the counter just stared at us but didn't even greet us. Red flag but still decided to stay and look around and shop. I Asked the older lady behind the counter for a flan pan. She pointed to the the isle behind me and said it's right there. There was a variety of pans in the shelves ,You would think she could get up and help me out. No, not at all. My family and I continued to walked around the crammed store looking at everything they had. We decided to get a variety of different products and I then noticed a different woman behind the counter. She was younger than the other lady. I asked her if she had a set of the piping tips, she answered no. She said just what we have in front of you. Not to mention they had drawers filled with so many different piping tips that my husband found on the other end of the counter. She could have mentioned that... No customer service skills and not very friendly, At least not with us. I say this because at that moment we were the only customers in the store until a women walked in and was greeted. " Hi mija" so she may have be a frequent customer. I would think that they would give new customers the same attention to keep us coming back. Neither lady came out from behind the counter to help.We started setting down all the items to purchase and felt rushed to checkout. You would think they would have better customer service. I'm a paying customer and the items are not cheap at all. I spent over $150. Left very unsatisfied. I will definitely not be returning. Should of just ordered on Amazon or Walmart. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they do have a variety of stuff. Overpriced but maybe as a last resort.

I love this place so much!! Way better than the cakewalk!! The ladies who work here are so nice to me. They call me mija all the time and it makes me happy! Lol. Seriously though guys. This place is where it's at. It's very small but they have everything you need. They even make custom foam toppers and cupcake pick toppers. Literally you name it. They can do it! One of my favorite places to get my cake supplies from.

Don't walk into the store expecting good customer service like you've read from some reviews here. Try cooper's or cakewalk much better. I walked into this store and was not greeted by anybody. I walked up to the counter and I inquired about some items which were in very short supply and the variety was very low. The lady who was behind the counter nonchalantly waved her hand in a direction and just said whatever is over there. I would expect a specialty store to be able to answer some questions how about the items they specialize in. Aside from the bad customer service the store was old and run-down and smelled musty inside. Good luck finding what you need there because lady is not coming out from behind her counter to help you. The store is extremely overcrowded with items and things are hard to locate there. Also, parking is in short supply But be sure to park in the front because if you try to park in the back like I did you will have to get back in your car and drive around the block again. Don't be deceived by the big sign with the arrow pointing to the door that says Cake Supply which would lead you to believe that that's the entrance to the store. Because it's not. It's deliveries only. There is no sign that says this so don't get out of your car and think that you're going to get into the store that way. You would think that a small business owner would put the effort out a little bit beyond being rude and sitting behind her counter and not really offering much help. Maybe she didn't like the fact that I knock on the back door because I thought that was the way to get in. But if I was that business owner I would have apologized profusely that my customer was inconvenienced having to get in and out of their car multiple times come to my store. Time is valuable to people and business owners should respect that as well as be kind and personable.

This place is great! I've ordered cupcakes and cakes from this Bakery. They were both so moist and delicious. I received multiple compliments. I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes and they come in a plastic container that makes it easy for transport. The cakes I ordered came in regular but sturdy cake boxes. The cakes I ordered for Mother's Day were BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS. The staff there is friendly and always so helpful.

I was looking for edible flowers for a cake. As I was looking at what they had on the display...I find a dead roach. Yes, legs up dead roach. The staff are friendly, hopefully they cleaned the place up. They have a lot of great stuff.

Always willing to help you out with your choices and great service! The owner was so very sweet one time when I couldn't get there at the time they closed and I called to make sure they had the items I needed and she pulled it all together for me....so I didn't hold them u..... too long! This is my go to place for cake items! Going today right after work.

Very bad customer Service the lady behind the counter was not interested in helping me and kept walking away. I wanted something printed out on edible paper and she got bothered when i asked her if she can print it and i could come back late. She didnt seem like she wanted to help at all. Im so glad i left and took my business somewhere else. Coppers cake and candy supply store by Sierra ave won my business instead.

No tienen ganas de vender la señora, le haces preguntas sobre los productos y no trata de ayudar a encontrar lo que buscas, pesimo servicio al cliente

Terrible experience they gave me a cake that was falling apart and I still had to pay 80 dollars for it I will never return
