I have been here a handful of times and always forget to write a review. After tonight, I was like, I need to put some time aside to tell everyone, you must try this place! Establishment is always clean, friendly staff, always, and the food is oh my gawd, so flavorful.I had the shrimp fried rice tonight, along with bbq chicken (sweet and sour sauce) and mango sticky rice!10 out of 10!!!!HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND

For the past 15 years, I have been a loyal customer of this establishment, always enjoying great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, after tonight's experience, I won't be returning.We arrived expecting the same high standards we had come to know and love. After being seated, we ordered Diet Cokes but were served regular Cokes. Minor mistake--no big deal. However, the real issue began when my wife ordered a soup, and there was some confusion about the name. A different waitress brought the wrong soup, and when we politely informed her of the mistake, things took a bizarre turn.What followed was something I've never witnessed in all my years of dining out. The two waitresses began audibly arguing in the kitchen over what we did or didn't order. Then, our original waitress returned--not to fix the issue, but to play a game of semantics, attempting to argue with us about what we had said, seemingly just to prove herself right to the other waitress. Instead of focusing on making things right, she was more interested in proving us wrong.This level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Mistakes happen, but the way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable. You couldn't pay me to return after being treated this way. After 15 years, it's truly disappointing to walk away with such a bad taste in my mouth--both literally and figuratively.

The food is delicious but the grilled shrimp and the peanut butter sauce was amazing!!!!!!! The service was also very good and always checking up on us. They do have a lot of seating inside and all the decorations give it a nice touch. I recommend this little hidden jewel!

Mom and I met here for my lunch break and we were the first ones there! Service was quick and the lady was very nice! They were very quick with always making sure that we had a full glass of water. We shared all of our dishes! We got Crab Rangoons (absolutely delicious!!), spring rolls (I didn't personally like), and seafood pad see eew (absolutely yummy!) The ambiance was nice! I have never been to this location, I used to go to the San Dimas location but that was quite a few years ago!

Decent Thai food. Nothing stood out particularly. They charge for white rice by the way. The portions were not that generous for the prices. I ordered "Thai iced tea no boba" because they have them with boba but waitress probably didn't hear me right and gave me with boba. I told her nicely "oh sorry I ordered without boba." She responded rudely saying "then don't say the word boba! Just say thai iced tea!" Okkkk. It's typical Asian bluntness but hot damn. She took it away and dumped it down the sink. The Thai iced tea isn't good though. Too much tea not enough condensed milk. It tasted watered down too so it's not like it was more tea, the tea was very light colored like I could see the light shining through it before it was mixed. Ambience is the best part of this. Interior is cool. Food 3, service 2.

I love Lucky Elephant! I have been coming here for so long that I cannot remember a time I didn't eat there. The food is always great. My go-tos are always the chicken satay with peanut sauce, the pad see ew, and the fried rice. The service is always good, and I absolutely love the decor. The intricate woodwork and Thai elements make me feel like I am in the presence of a local Thai family. It is a great spot for large parties or a quick dinner. Dine or Dash?
