Lucian's Pizza Yucaipa

A small business. Order, pickup and go, no tables, strictly take out. A Friday night, during the holidays, called in my order...20 minute wait. No too bad I thought. Drove over, inside of restaurant was packed. Waited in line, it appeared that there were only 2 people working,(but short staffing seems to be normal now-Covid era) finally my turn. Eureka, my pizzas were a special order, so I fully expected to have to wait. IMAGINE my surprise when she took payment, and asked me to wait a minute... my food was ready. She double checked made sure the order was correct, and handed me my correct complete order! Amazing service and the food was delicious. My pizzas had my requested sauce, my wings were yummy, my breadsticks were hot! I will definitely go back!!!!

Cleanliness 3Costs 4Cuisine 3Customer service 2We were in the area and came across this place. We called in a phone order and could barely understand whoever was on the phone. We had to repeat our order a few times. Food was average. The cost wasn't bad so we would come back.

I want to say that this has now happened multiple times. We order, we go on time, and the boxes are not as a fresh pizza should be. In the terms of our guests it was as if the pizza was ordered by someone else and waited under the headlamp. It wasn't hot. It was just okay. The cheese wasn't gooey or melted, it was honestly like the physical equivalent of just enough.

The food is decent for the price. But why I've scored low is because the owners don't give the employees tips. Any charged tip you include from your card doesn't go to the employees but to the owners. The owners keep the tip for themselves. Super sad

good pizza, reasonable prices have eaten here several times. this is the first pizza place I've ever been to and had cashews on my pizza. I loved it!

Lucian's has Little Caesars prices but double the quality.Pro-tip: call ahead and skip the wait, they get very busy.Give Lucian's your moneys and they'll give you some good pizza.

This place has mid pizza but it's what you expect for inexpensive stuff. Irritated cuz I walked in at 8:30pm to just order one pepperoni pizza. Place is dead and I say my order. Employee tells me they close at 9 and aren't taking orders. Like wth? You guys close at 9. But that's alright if y'all don't want my $9 lol

I've been there 3 times, breadsticks are not good, pizza is good but 2 out of the 3 times I went there was hair on my pizza. Apparently, they don't have to wear hair nets. I will never eat here again.

Not bad, the pizza was taisy one size only.Very quick, we didn't have to wait long.We ordered a veggie pizza, but they didnt put many vegetables. But it tasted good.They closed down recently. I think their are new owners now..They had a really big i turnover with the old owners.We plan to try them again. When the new owners take over
