Placed a large phone order, when we arrived to pick up, our food was ready to go. The front counter lady, went through each item to make sure we had everything correct as ordered. She was very kind and thorough. They have a fresh salsa bar to grab your salsa. The food was so so good. Thanks!!

I was so excited about a carne asada burrito. an what i got was??? Kind of a burrito guacamole an asada thats it no rice beans nothing . An it was 14$ . I am highly disappointed. I will not be returning.

The enchiladas and burritos are Jilberto's are awesome. I also very frequently get the flying saucer or tostadas. Fresh veggies and very good meat. When you see a Jilbertos you know you're in good hands with quality Mexican.Service is fast and easy. The ambiance is typically folks just looking to stop for a quick meal.

There's no customer services the lady at the resister does not even know what is In the burritos on the menu .. I tried asking for beans on the side and they told me NO ... so we left no more business from me or my associates ever

This place is the best. I come in nearly everyday to get my husband his bacon & sausage breakfast burrito & my vegan bean and guacamole burrito. The service here is exceptional. They get my order correct every single time. I make a difficult order with a burrito that's not on the menu, requesting the bacon extra crispy, and asking for my kids jamaicas to not be filled to the rim so when they tilt the cup they don't spill. They have never messed the order up. The girls at the front are friendly, personable, and always make me feel welcome. The self-serve hot sauce station is always fully stocked and clean. They have a great variety of delicious hot sauces. Their tortillas are also really really good. The beans do not contain lard; the beans are vegan and sooo delicious. This place is just bomb. I absolutely love this spot and highly recommend it for its clean environment, friendly staff, vegan options/ vegan Mexican food. Best Mexican food in the area.

Went to Jilbertos tonight, ordered 5 tacos to go. Asked for crunchy taco shells with my carne asada. Total cost $35...Tacos were the worst tacos I have ever had the taco shells were very hard and tasted old, the carne asada was very dry and tasteless. No salt, pepper or any type of seasoning on the meat. The place was empty on a Saturday night and now I know why. The chili bar was a mess with chili spilled everywhere and needed to be cleaned. The girl working there walked by and didn't even bother to clean it up. I swiped up the mess with some napkins because I didn't want to get it on my clothes when reaching back for the chili. Very sad, we used to like eating there ....
