There is little to no evidence to prove that this establishment has been cleaned in the last decade. The chairs don't match and are in extremely poor condition. Some of them are being held together by duct tape. The vents are black. There are layers of dust collected on the light fixtures just waiting to fall into someone's meal. The neon lights bordering the windows LITERALLY highlight the countless bugs that came here to die. Most of the bugs were small but one of them that I provided a picture of is roughly the size of a dime. Gross. The bathrooms are absolutely covered in tagging. The bathroom was truly Worse than any rest stop restroom I have ever seen. I regret the times that drove through their drive Thru. If I knew how things were being maintained before , I would have chosen one of the million other places to eat in riverside. If they are willing to treat guest visible areas with such negligence, I can't imagine the areas not accessible to customers.

The staff is always super kind.BUTwhen I found a metal shavings in my food and the staff admitted theyknew it came from. I asked the owner for my $50 back from my ER visit and they basically told me to, lawyer up.Despite admitting it was absolutely them.

My boyfriend & I came here with our kids for some food. We pull up to the speaker to order our food.. Every time my boyfriend ordered she would say,"Anything else?" With an attitude...My boyfriend was looking at the menu to see if there was anything else we may have wanted..She asked,"Is that all?" My boyfriend said,"One moment.." & she continued to go on to say,"Come to the window I'll have your total!!" Every time we've come to this location the lady is always rude & sounds like she hates her job...Customer service sucks! Food is amazing. The name of the cashier on the receipt is Alex..But I doubt that was the workers name.

$16 for an asada quesadilla, so a lil pricy, but it was a good. Nothing to rave about, but the meat was flavorful and tender, flaky tortilla, came with sour cream and guac.

I swear I will never go here again they can't seem to get any orders correctly, they do this all the time, and I don't request anything special or xtra on my conga burrito. I've given them a second chance but never again will I go there. I'll travel to another los fredos maybe I'll have better service.

Ordered two super nachos from them and when we got them they didn't even look like half orders. We asked if it was a full order and they took them back and just poured more chips on top, Been here twice and both times the orders were wrong. Never again

Had an asada torta from here the other night and I liked it. i had a little bit if a wait in the drive thru but I can't complain because my food came out Hot! I got the combo with fries and a drink for $13. Not bad, probably wouldn't get the fries again though but the torta was decently sized, filled me up. Will come again
