Los Amigos Mexican Food

WE LUV THIS PLACE. Great food. Reminds me of mom's cooking. Quick service and friendly staff!

So here's the thing about this place, I would love to give them more stars, because they're one of my top places for Mexican food in the area. BUT, I only order them via UberEats and they don't give two shats how they package the food. To be clear, this place doesn't do much to secure the food as it's being transported to you by a complete stranger. I received my last order in a plastic bag that wasn't secured, tied or anything. So I write this review as a reminder to never order delivery from this place again. That said...They have my favorite Chile relleno. Look at the presentation of it. Tastes just as good.I like to order the breakfast burrito and some sides of eggs a la carte from here. That's all I get and I'm usually very satisfied.

Rating is for OWNER not the workers. I heard from another customer that the owner KEEPS THE TIPS when customers pay with credit/debit cards. If this is true, what a POS of an owner! From now on when I come back, I'll pay cash so my tips will go the workers not to the owner. I encourage everyone not do the sameFood is pretty good. Service is good and friendly in my opinion. Dining area always clean every time. They're open 24hrs too, I don't know why it says they're closed online.

Sooo I gave this place another chance if Jose not da cook run out!!!! I had ordered da fish tacos combo n it's like coo it's a nice size but there was no lime I need something to cut da fishy taste like I like fish I'm asain but I need like a piece of ginger or like anything, something to cut da fishy flavor out! Then four rolled tacos as well you can't mess up rolledTacos so it was fine but it's like damn an extra dollar to up charge for using debit or credit n you can't give me a lime for my fish tacos or more than 4 sauces like I spent 30+ on so some food, here's a lil tip hit up los jilbertos down da street u can get as much sauce as you want n they give you limes for ur fish tacos 2/5 for me....

Just waited 30 minutes for three plates, I believe there was two people ahead of me. Definitely not the best Mexican food and 100% overpriced never coming back. I ordered the flautas. I got two rolled chicken burritos, barely toasted, taste like boiled chicken and then they shredded it. No flavor. It's supposed to be crunchy. I got Diablo shrimp, Not good don't recommend it. Overall was just not good. Also got al pastor burrito didn't even want to try it.

So good. We have been fans of the Canyon Hills location for years. Excellent food. Addicted to their salsa. Tried the new location on Goetz. Did not disappoint. Same wonderful food. Excellent happy service, and a drive thru. Easy and yummy. Very happy.

Great food! We got the chicken tacos and they hit the spot. The staff are very friendly too! Will definitely come back.

The menudo was absolutely delicious! The taste was fantastic, with all the ingredients perfectly blended together, and the flavor was definitely top-tier. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because, when I ordered through Uber Eats, there was an option to have it with bone, which I selected, but it didn't come with the order.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience at Los Amigos was nothing short of a culinary disaster. I walked in excited for a hearty carne asada burrito, and what I got instead was a sadistic lesson in how not to make food.First off, the carne asada was burnt to a crisp. I'm not exaggerating when I say it felt like I was trying to chew on a rock. Seriously, I thought I was at a steakhouse for boulders. It was so hard and charred that I had to give up halfway through. I'm not sure if they were trying to achieve some kind of "charred perfection," but they missed the mark by a mile. The overall assembly of the burrito. It was as if someone threw random ingredients together in a blindfolded frenzy. The customer service was even worse, they didn't want to issue a refund. Stay away from this place at all costs

The food is delicious, fresh and the girl who works register knows us and our order! If you want bomb Mexican food definitely a must. The downfall is it's in a gas station not a true restaurant setting, but the food and service makes up for that little hiccup!!!
