Lol Kids Club

I was visiting my niece and we brought her and my son here. Cool place and clean. Employees are nice. The kids had a lot of fun.

So with this place we went for a change of environment then the one we usually go to and it didn't go well. The place is horrible for adults trying to be with the kids. It's so hard to climb and almost every step hurts ur foot and you can feel the plastic or wood on your feet. The balls are nasty and not cleaned. A lot of repairs are done with duct tape and just doesn't look safe. Almost all of the rides don't work or the money gets stuck. The young girl working is visibly annoyed and that's not good with kids around. We didn't eat there but I wouldn't even risk it. I would definitely not go again. Also it was 40 bucks for two adults and one 4 year old and one 1 year old l.

Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Party rooms and nice but a bit expensive for my taste of you ask me. Kids had fun and it was pretty busy. Well organized place.

First time celebrating a birthday party here in this Indoor playground and Cafe.Friendly and helpful staff. Club is a socks-only facility but if you Forgot Socks Nothing to Worry about cause they sell one for $3.59/pair.Upon entering had to fill up an online liability waiver.Have to leave shoes in a numbered bin assigned and also written on the wrist band.Their party packages include your party host in your own party room, admission , and food like pizzas, salad, fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, jalapeño poppers and chicken wings.

Wanted to try this place to compare since we usually go to High 5, and I prefer the High 5 since I have toddlers and this place allows older kids, like 13 and up to play all mixed with the littles, don't really like that. Otherwise it's a big place and comparable in price. Oh also, some of the areas are super worn out. I did not try food or drinks.

I recently visited LOL Kids Club and was incredibly impressed with Camren. She made the check-in process super seamless by assisting us with the waiver form and ensuring everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Camren's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put us at ease. She even got the kids excited for their visit, engaging with them and making them feel special right from the start. Thank you, Camren, for making our visit so enjoyable.

Really fun place for the kids. Great food, too. Our host Cameron really took great care of us!

Recently visited the kids club.. July 2024.. our first time taking my 5 year old granddaughter there. Check in was easy.. had to fill out an information and waiver at the counter. Granddaughter had fun going thru all of the obstacle courses and slides. The place is need of some upkeep.. there are ripped Matt's, broken air guns, half broken 'vacuum' machine that sucks upFoam balls, and some of the floor Matt's are coming up and could be a trip hazard. The coin (token) machines were out of order, and the climbing Matt's that take you up to different levels have lost their stuffing and hurt if you fall on them. We didn't try the food but did get a cold treat that was way over priced. Ambiance is typical kids screaming laughing playing, to be expected. Occasionally a worker would get on the microphone and tell kids not to climb up the slides. I didnt see any worker patrolling the play area. I didn't notice anyone cleaning the play area either.

It's sad to watch such a nice place go down the drain. My kids love to play here, but are oblivious to the dangers from lacking maintenance. My previous trip out a kid had puked all through out the covered area and the staff were completely unaware until my wife had started cautioning people to avoid the areas while they wiped down with paper towels. Now this time I found a step hanging loose with 2 1/2" screws sticking out. Again, staff were unaware and I had to help direct traffic away from the area. Just disappointing.

Do not buy the Groupon for this place. They make you pay the difference when you arrive. My kids were so excited that I had to pay the difference instead of leave. They are blaming it on Groupon but should be honoring under their name. So wrong.
