Little Caesars Pizza

I have recently moved to Riverside and have ordered several times from this location. Every time my food has been delivered immediately and correct. This location has made the best pizza from all other locations. Hands down will continue to order from University

The pizza was cold. Hot and ready prices have gone up, yes, however, the pizza misunderstood the assignment of being hot. The young lady who took my order was not polite either. Youth does not give excuse for unprofessional attitudes. The ambiance is always busy in this shopping center. I expected that. However, deeply disappointed in how unwelcoming the store is, no greeting by the staff, no updates on why orders are delayed either. Goal was to support local businesses, yet this one has me thinking the drive up Central or even Van Buren is worth it for good pizza and service.

This location seems to always be running off fumes. No one seems to communicate when customers are upset with wait times and wait up to two hours on orders. I ordered here 3 years ago and waiting 2 and a half hours on an online pickup order, and coming again tonight was better, but not great. Waiting almost an hour on an order isn't ideal, as well as having your coworkers not communicating to have someone cover your guy's POS is strange to me. Hopefully things improve, but it's obvious this location isn't running how it's supposed to be. Food was warm and ready at least, so it's an issue with staffing and coverage

I arrived at around 5:30 pm to pick up my online order, and the wait ended up being 20 minutes longer than expected. Initially, I was informed that my name wasn't in the system. After some back-and-forth, another employee found my order. While waiting in the store, I noticed several customers leaving because no food items were readily available. They were told to expect a 30-40 minute wait as no orders were prepared in advance due to a backlog. During this time, a fellow customer politely inquired about the delay. The employee explained that one colleague was distracted, another went to the bathroom, and he was the only person handling pizza cutting. It was evident that he was feeling stressed and irritated, which unfortunately affected the service. I understand that stress can be overwhelming in such a situation, but it did impact the overall service quality, and I didn't quite appreciate that.Additionally, when I got my order, the pizza had no sauce and we weren't asked if we'd like some, so we had to ask for some. The breadsticks were cold and unevenly buttered, with some parts being too buttery and others too dry. However, the Hawaiian pizza, pepperoni pizza, and cheese pizza were just fine.

Was denied service for crazy poofs because they wouldn't make them 30 minutes before close

Ordered online. Pizza was over cooked though. Make sure if you pick up from the portal and your order comes with the crazy sauce, ask for it as it is stored in back in the fridge and not in the warmer. Funny thing was when I stopped at the counter to get my pizza sauce, there was a picture of the Pepperoni pizza/Stix. What I paid for definitely did not look like the picture. I showed the employee and he said "Oh". There's a couple other locations I usually go to but one didn't have this Pepperoni & (cheese) Stix. Going to pass (literally drive past) next time.

It took 30-40 minutes to get the food that we ordered and other people were waiting for awhile to get only one pizza and bread sticks I don't recommend this place but if you are very patient go ahead

I was told 8-10 mins for the cheesy puff I waited 30 mins for them to come out with hair inside them. which I saw before leaving I told / showed the team member she said she didn't know what I wanted if I wanted to just keep them . I told them no I needed a refund they didn't want to refund both just the one with hair I said okay but waiting 3-5 days after waiting 30 mins I told them to remake them witch took 10 mins but they were made wrong i just threw them away because that just didn't make sense you would think they would make them perfect.

Was supposed to be ready made for pick up and paid for. They didn't have it ready and no use of pizza portal. Had to go air in line over 20min anyhow!!!! No one use this place! No service and no staff. I'm a business owner and would never do this to my customers.

The food here has gotten a lot better the service here has gotten a lot better been going almost every Friday for the past 6 months only had on issue where I made and online order for 2 and got there had to wait about 30 minutes because the crazy bread for my order was sold to an employee that they older gentleman that worked in there that was cute was she was on her break she kept coming in and out the store grabbing stuff and going to her car.
