Little Caesars Pizza

Shardai made my day!!It's been a long day and I really just wanted to get a pizza and not worry about cooking tonight. I went online to order a stuffed crust pizza, and paid for it at the same time. Of course, to add to my stressful day, my boyfriend reminded me that he doesn't like stuffed crust. ‍I called the store to change my order- knowing that i would probably need to cancel and re-pay for the order. Thankfully, the girl that I spoke with was so understanding and tried to help me find a pizza that would be close to the same price (so I wouldn't have to pay again). She ended up really helping me out and made my day so much better. Awesome customer service!!TLDR: I messed up online, and Shardai fixed it with ease!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered pizza for the kids. A stuffed crust pizza, my oldest son almost broke his tooth eating the crust...the crust had BONES in it. I took the rest of the pizza away from all of my kids and called up there immediately!!!! Spoke to 3 different people who said they were the manager but instead we're playing hot potato with the phone. Finally spoke to the manager and he said the craziest thing..." I work here I don't even trust the pizza I would never eat from here" I was literally in shock. He told me I could get a refund if I brought in the remaining pizza. I did just that. Drive back up there so fast. He gave me a refund. No sorry or anything. But he taught me a lesson if a manager doesn't even trust it...why would? Little Caesars lost me indefinitely..

I ordered two lunch combos delivered to my apartment, the delivery driver was Yaohui. He did not deliver my two sodas that accompany my order. This is the 3rd time from this specific Little Caesars I did not receive all of my order. Each time I report it, little caesars does nothing about it.

Go elsewhere, food here is never good they have horrible service and they don't care to cook the food properly.

I'm so embarrassed. Times are hard and I only had a few dollars to eat. I remembered their crazy bread being good and affordable so thought PERFECT! I paid 5 dollars for plain bread cut into strip. no cheese, no butter. Just bread. it was nasty. I spend my last dollars on garbage. Now I'm out 5 dollars, still hungry, and sad. what is life?

Crappy pizza. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, better off making a pizza at home that will taste better

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had from any pizza location! I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED... my mom wasn't feeling good and was craving some pizza. So we decided on Little Caesars due to affordability but I'm never coming back here after my experience. Supposedly they ran out of ham and just gave us pineapple with cheese instead of ham and pineapple with cheese. The other half was pepperoni but it was soggy and full of grease. If you look closely you can see one slice of the pineapple pizza has NO CHEESE ON THE SLICE! I felt bad for the cashier didn't want to give him a hard time so I just took the pizza home without checking it at the store and I regret that choice. The crazy bread we got felt like it was in the freezer.... So cold and hard. This was so bad Goodluck to everyone who decides to eat at this location...

glad i didnt tip this is the last time i ever go here.half the pizza was missing cheese and pepporoni and the damn pizza wasnt even cut. fire everyone there and burn the place down.

I hate I can't leave less than one star. I order online an hour in advance yet my food isn't ready on time still. 15 mins past my scheduled time it was supposed to be ready. Then come to find they gave away part of my order and stated I would have to wait another 10 mins for it again. All while only having one person handling a register when the line is going out the door. Completely horrible in all regards
