These are terrible people who's customer service is beyond terrible. I arranged for tables, chairs, and an inflatable game for my nephews party. The husband was so nice and professional at first over the phone. Once it came time to delivery, it must've been the wife who came and she was sooooo rude and nasty! No one told us we needed cash up front. My brother told her it'll take just 5 mins to run to the bank, while they set up can he run to the bank and she said he was a liar and kept waiving him away saying no! It's seems like the moment she pulled up and met my brother she was so unprofessional and rude to him.

I wish I could leave no star. They have terrible customer service. I ordered a jumper via text message because they never answered the phone. I guess that should have been a sign. I was trying to get more info about delivery and never received a text. I decided to call only to find out they no longer had the jumper I ordered. They mentioned I didn't give them my address so they didn't know I wanted to order it. My message clearly says I want to order it. They never once asked for my address. When I called the lady was rude and hung up on me when I asked her to look at her message because she never asked me for the address. I called back and the sir that answered informed me that this happens often. He said that by the time I ordered it they had someone else already. So, why not tell me right away that it's no longer available? Why tell me delivery is Saturday morning? I mean if they know this happens often you would think they learn from their mistake. Really disappointed.

They were responsive almost immediately. The day of dropping off the tables they let me know when they were on their way and they dropped off and picked up fast.

We rented two 20' x 40' canopy's , tables & chairs for a 50th anniversary party. Good communication, service & affordable. They were on time for set up & tear down. There was even lights inside the top of the tents which i didnt even think about! Worked out great because we were able to drink all weekend long in the rain! : )

My mom rented several chairs, tables, and a jumper from this company. They were on time for the drop off, professional, and kept me updated when they were going to pick everything up! If you plan on renting a jumper, make sure to ask for dimensions so you know if it will fit in your yard. We've rented with other companies but they were more personable and prices were reasonable. It was a hot day for the pickup, so lots of cold drinks and party food to go! Will definitely rent from them again!

Rented the disco dome for a last minute party and there is no regrets. They were very polite and good on pricing. Everything from the reservation, set up and pick up was excellent. Lia's party rental provided us with one of the cleanest bouncers I have ever rented in the inland empire. Overall, great professional and clean service. I will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend using them for your next event.

I always use them but I'm never going to use them again just because of their prices are good , the guy was rude to my mom talking bad about dogs and how they shouldn't be near the jumper when it was never disclosed and getting mad talking about how all dogs are bad and he doesn't like them because he's been attacked and our pit bull is the aggressive threatening we won't have a jumper if we don't lock up our dog we weren't allowed to even tie him up in the back he wanted and demanded he'd be put away ??? I'm sorry but very bad customer service his wife is very nice during pick up though

I have been using Lias Party Rentals for several years now. Every time we reach out, they are always responsive and very quick to get a quote. On delivery day, Christian is always on time, professional and their equipment is always clean and in great condition. I have recommend them to several friends and family and recommend them to you.

Loved Lia's Party Rentals. The jumper was delivered on time, was very reasonably priced, and was super clean. We will definitely use this company again. They were quick in providing an estimate, called before delivery and called before pick-up.
