They really need to consider updating there items on the menu.They have lots of photos of cakes and I come to find out that is not the case because apparently they don't make any cakes anymore.I drove a good distance to find out unfortunately.

Amazing conchars. They have a wide variety of Mexican sweet bread, all fresh. The bolillo is the best in Fontana.

One of the best places in Fontana. I love how they open at 5am. Their conchas are amazing! Don't sleep on the torta (vegetarian)

So freaking good the tamales are excellent portion and it's just delicious and friendly. Yup won't be disappointed at all

Visited this bakery on a Sunday at 10am and they were already sold out of just about everything. All the racks were bear. I guess that could be a good and bad thing. There so popular but can't keep up with demand. The few pastries I did have were decent but nothing to rave about. The line moved quickly but customer service was bad. Cashier was pretty short and unfriendly with most people. I think they could benefit from someone just as cashier and not baking as well.

If you want warm bolillos and conchas this is the place to go! Not to mention their beans, cheese avocado and veggies tortas delicious! Don't miss out try it!!!

Believe me when I say this as a paisa, these were THE best elotes and conchas I have ever had in my whole life. The elote pan dulce are always fresh and super soft with a a lot of filling inside. The conchas are also generously topped with the yummy topping. If you want the best pan Dulce around here, don't go to any of those Latin groceries, go here! Go early because a lot of times they sell out around noon.

This spot is great, busy most of the time and they will run out of bread. get there early and be ready to gain weight if you make it a habit. Conchas out of the oven are fluffy and delicious, and bolillos fresh out of the oven are also amazing.
