Very nice people, terrible customer service!They came through for my daughter's wedding so we thought we'd use them again for Grandma's 80th birthday party. Called to reserve tables and chairs. They said we could pick them up the Friday before. I called an hour before closing to tell them I was on my way. No answer on the phone. Found out they were closed. Called Saturday morning, no answer. Drove down and found they were closed. Sign on door says to call Leo at a number not listed on Google (their website is unreadable on a smartphone). Too late to wait for them to come open up. Now I'm stuck with no chairs or tables for a party of 25 guests. Thanks for nothing Leo. - see update below...I took a chance and called the number posted to the door. Turned out Leo was in the back and came up after I called. So I wasn't left in the lurch, so I bumped up my rating to a three. However, the chairs and tables are not in great shape. We had to make sure they were on carpets and not the wood floors because some had bare metal poking out the bottom that would scratch the floors, and some tables had torn corners that required taping.Here's some free, non expert advise for Leo to make a better business:1. List your cell phone on the Google page and your website. 2. Fix your phone message so people can reach you after hours. Many people won't leave a message if they are assuming you are closed. And your message is very bad. No information other than your garbled name. Get a professional message. And better yet, make sure that someone answers the phone! If you are in the back room you should be able to hear the phone.3. Pay some kid to come in and fix all of your equipment and make sure it's safe for people and floors.4. Fix your computer system. It's too slow. Making people wait to give you money is bad business. Computers are cheap. Losing customers is expensive.5. Fix your reservation system. We reserved tables and chairs yet you could not find our reservation.6. Clean up your office or partition it off. Messy offices tell customers you are disorganized and unprofessional.7. Get a professional looking sign for your door, and hang it ON the door, not next to it, giving people the information they need if you are not in the office and how to get hold of you.Take it for what it's worth. I hate seeing businesses fail because the owners are too busy to make sure the customers feel like they are being taken care of.

The linen I requested was not to the correct color or size but I was able to make it work. 8 ft table and chairs were kind of junky and old looking. Chairs had a ton of scuff marks. Would not recommend for a fancy event. It got the job done for my shower.

I was excited to work with them when I was looking for some tables/chairs for my daughters first birthday. I made an order and the man who usually answers the phone (who never says his name) said he'd send me a email confirmation. I waited a couple weeks and never received an email. I called to follow up and the same man who supposedly took my order down couldn't find it, so we put another order down and again said he would email me a confirmations (and never did!) I already had a bad feeling about this place and read all the bad reviews so I decided to go with another rental company. I cancelled my order today with Leo's Party rentals. I told them I needed to cancel the order, they just needed my name and said okay and hung up on me. I wish they would be able to email a confirmation on the cancelled order, but I know that's not going to happen. If they show up at my house to drop off I'm sending them right back! Lol.

I've been coming here for over 10 years, I needed a black linen skirt and tablecloth for an 8 foot table for a public event and when I went to set up the skirt was too short in length and very dirty. I went in to return it on Monday, and the owner was still going to charge me full price on the skirt, I explained that all my storage area was exposed from the sides and then he asked me "well did you use it?" I replied that I had no other choice, but was only going to ask for a discount on the skirt, he didn't even look at me as he said sarcastically, "ok that's fine don't pay anything" I said no that's not what I am asking, I want to pay considering I did use both but a discount on skirt, still not looking at me he replied in a dismissive tone, "no, no" I was left standing in their very cluttered and dirty office with my Credit Card in my hand like an idiot, so I turned around and walked out. Such a shame that they lost a very good customer over something so small. Goodbye Leo's Party Rentals!

Do not use them! Very poor quality. Chairs are rusted, bent and missing rubber protectors. Table are outdated with smashed corners and splinters. They told me I asked for the cheap stuff so that's what I get.I did not use them (of course) and left.

Leo's party rentals came through like champs! We called in a few days before our event & Leo was so accommodating! They had the tables & chairs we needed & he delivered them on time as requested! We will definitely use his service again, you should too! You will not be sorry!!

I wish I could give him a NO star . We're do I begin customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!. I rented white chairs they were so DIRTY and NASTY it was terrible. But I should have known something wasn't right when went into his office to pay how nasty and junky it's was inside. But I felt it's your business your product would be clean . I scrub those chair for 2 hours and they still wouldn't come clean. And this was for my cousin baby shower. And then I requested a helium tank for 90 balloons . The air ended after about 30 balloons. When I call Leo and told him what happen. he had the nerves to tell me that you people trying to get over . I'm trying to understand who in the hell is you people . PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM this place . Very disrespectful and very nasty and junky . He need to close this place . I will never do business with you ever again.

Would not book again, at least for any important event. They were late to drop off (because the truck broke down), and for pick up (by 3 1/2 hours). We also ordered tents with lights and received tents with no lights. Spend more money and go with a better company. I wish I had looked them up on Yelp before booking.
