Haven't eaten here for a couple of years . Then the food was going down hill ! Thought I'd check on by going thru Yelp ! After looking at their menu I was astonished by their CRAZY PRICES ! Now I why they never have anyone inside the place and not much action at the drive thru. I live just around the corner so I check it out as I'm shopping or driving by almost daily .So Close but so far away . After reviewing their reviews I'm amaze that apparently the Owners don't appear to care about their customers complaining about their food and prices and services.

I have known of Legends since pre-Covid times. I only know 3 of their locations... 1 in Rancho Cucamonga, 1 in Glendora, and 1 in Upland. I was craving for their Chef salad so I came to this Legends in Upland as I was in the neighborhood. Their Chef salad has always been my favorite because they put lots of turkey and ham strips plus the abundance of salad base. They also have avocados and red onions in it. Just fill with healthy goodness.I went thru the drive-thru. Their menu is quite massive. A nice gentleman took my order. There was only one car in front of me so the wait wasn't too long. OMG... the Chef salad was heavy in weight... it's a very good sign... it has depth of ingredients. It also comes with a pita bread and your choice of salad dressing. I normally go for ranch dressing, but got light Italian dressing instead. I also got a cup of ice water.Salad was good, but the ham was a bit salty. It didn't used to be like that. Turkey was fine. I wished there was more avocados though. Italian dressing was on point. Water was good, too. Hey, I'm particular about my water. I have drank some bad water from other places where I literally could taste the pipes LOL. Thank you for having good water Legends! You may want to check on that ham though.

First off, the restaurant was in slightly good condition but the men's restroom was in the worst condition. Food was good and the service provided was excellent. I felt like the ambiance (vibe of the room) was very boring no music or anything.

Visited this diner that took me on a nostalgic trip back to the 1950s, and I had a wonderful experience. The place is always clean and tidy, and the friendly, attentive staff make every visit enjoyable. What stands out the most is the amazing 50s memorabilia and decor. It really gives the diner an authentic retro vibe that's hard to find these days. They also have a convenient drive-thru and are open late, which is perfect for those late-night cravings. The food is decent and comforting, just like you'd expect from a classic diner. I especially love the breakfast burritos--they're really good. But the highlight for me has to be the pastrami fries. They are the best!Overall, it's always a great experience coming here.

Finally a childhood restaurant is bringing back the basics!! I know locations experienced a shift in new management last year. The fries were different, ranch wasn't homemade anymore, items were removed, ingredients were changed.Good news they finally are going back to normal! Homemade ranch here is the best!! Always get the sampler to share! Steak sandwich is a classic and they finally added the mushrooms/onions back on! The chicken salad is huge and shareable! Fish sandwich is bomb.com! We love a turkey club!I highly highly recommend coming!! A little pricey but everything is shareable!!

Wow! Their prices have shot up over the last month by nearly 40 percent! My carne asada salad is was $11.99 and now $15.49! Zucchini fries were $6.99 (for a REG size) now $8.49 and a pastrami sandwich was $14.99 now $17.99!I'm so sad. We won't be able to justify a $49 meal for two people at a casual fast food restaurant anymore.

Legends has great service and amazing food. Their costumer service is top tier, their food is fresh, made to order. Nothing but friendly faces from the workers. An overall great vibe of a restaurant. If your in the upland area do yourself a favor and stop by legends you won't regret it!

Legends has been on heavy rotation since it opened and I always loved the food and the value. You got huge portions for a great price. Well, that has changed, and judging by the lack of line at the drive through and the empty dining room, I'm not the only one who feels this way.For the price of a legends meal I can go to a sit down restaurant for a better meal and experience. Fast food should be at fast food prices, but $30 for a salad and a small legends sampler where the chicken on the salad and the mushrooms in the sampler were severely overcooked is not it! I'm so sad because I always looked forward to going here when I was in town, but I just can't do it again.
