So sad. This review was literally being typed on site as a solid five stars because everything was going perfect until we went to pay. We called over the phone and asked how much it was. They said $30 for an hour. Never gave us options. Never told us about extra fees. We called back and confirmed the price when we went to reserve our spot time. Asked for a second time if any extra fees and any extra taxes or charges. They said only if your rent equipment. Showed up and upon walking in the guy asked if we wanted the simulator or the regular shooter and we were never told there was an additional charge. When we went to pay we were told it was $38 instead of $30. We asked why. They said because we chose simulator. I stated that should have been told to us that there were extra fees and they girl said it didn't matter it was $38. She didn't even care that the guy never told us about the extra charge. I explained good customer service would have been to inform the customers that there was an extra fee and once again she didn't care or even pretend to care. She pointed to a sign that said the prices. If we call and are told the same price both times - we aren't going to assume the price changed in ten minutes. Then when we went to pay with a card they added an additional fee. Which also should have been explained at the time we called and asked. Your prices are your prices. I get that. But to be sneaky and give a quote over the phone.... TWICE... and then change it in person ... you literally lost four customers over $8. We will be going to a place with better customer service in the future.

Heads up, hours online are incorrect. I pulled up at 4pm Sunday to find that they changed their closing hours from 7pm to 3pm on the weekends. Please update your hours.

What a great place for baseball lovers. We were able to celebrate our son's birthday at his favorite spot. The owners, Art and Desiree were super accommodating and made experience easy and enjoyable. It's great that the guests were able to enjoy themselves with some batting practice while the other guest could enjoy the birthday party. It's definitely a safe and clean environment. My guests let Art and Desiree know they'd be back. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend it for any baseball/softball events!

These cages are nice! The pitching machines are fairly new and the warehouse doesn't smell like dirty gym clothes or feet.. I'm really Big about the cleanliness and smells of businesses.I highly recommend this place; however, you are going to need an appointment because they don't have very many cages... Nice place for batting practice.... Also note: if you are an experience batter these machines Do Not go faster than 65MPH!

Thank you for welcoming Dean, Casey & I to this family oriented batting cages. It is easy to get an appointment with a call or text to make it fit into our schedule. I appreciate the area for homework to be done as well! Thank you for the helpfulness whether we use the automated machine, soft toss or hit off the tee! We travel quite a distance but so WORTH IT! Buy a month membership & the encouragement from the staff has meant a lot!

I went here and it was an amazing experience! Great place for dates although I wouldn't dress nice and expect to go to a nice restaurant after cause one it gets hot in there and two batting can get you sweaty (I did that) lol. The customer service was also great as well and my girlfriend and I enjoyed every minute of it! We'll definitely come back again..

I have been to a lot batting cage this is THE worst they over schedule, don't have enough balls you have stop pick up balls and feed the machine after about 15 pitches on your time that u r paying for! And quote one price and charge u another ....Owners r rude never going back!!!

This is my go-to place when I want to get training for baseball. The staff & coaches are professional and very knowledgeable about the sport. They know what it takes to succeed and how to get there. These coaches will dedicate their time and effort towards your child or whoever it may be & make sure that they actually understand the drill and what they're trying to accomplish.
