First off I have to say a BIG thank you Mrs. Lotta and Mr. Jessie. I had the most refreshing opportunity working with Lota with helping to find what I was specifically looking for or close to it. I was on a budget so options where scarce. Luckily they a very competitive sale priced carpet style in the two separate colors I was relentless in matching close too. Lota went over and beyond on my certain request to make this project less stressful to finance and without 5 seconds of hesitation she agreed and after that moment I knew they had a business that really "maximized" customer satisfaction. There was a scheduling conflict with the second half of my carpeting project but Jessie called me and assured me that everything will be taken care of and the project will be completed one that day even if it took all night. The carpet layer came and was very friendly, the work was done nicely. There was a bit of excessive overage in my opinion, totaling (120 sqft ) to be exact. I didn't want to push it because of the incredible customer service but I thought whomever reads may plan and get several estimates for the square footage of there project. I know you need a little extra to cover your area because of room dimensions. One more little critique for the carpet installers, I noticed a hole in the wall made by the door noob from the door leading into the garage when it was propped open, once you left. I don't know who did it just tell me, it probably wouldn't have made it into my review. In the future check after your crew we did a walk through but thought to check behind propped open doors. Enough of that. Overall my experience was beyond 5 stars with Leather Home Gallery. If anyone was looking for any new flooring installation, please give LHG a serious look and opportunity for your flooring needs.

Jesse and Lotta are so friendly and very accommodating! They worked with us to answer all our questions. They are knowledgeable in their field and truly make you feel at home. We had laminate flooring put in our master bedroom. The job was a little tough with the removal of old tile, the team did a great job and the project was over and looked great before we knew it. Highly recommend them!

Top notch service, very knowledgeable, and very happy with our experience overall. We had been looking for flooring for months and couldn't find the right "fit". We were worn down and everything looked the same after a while. We took a few samples home and Lota was amazing. She was super friendly and gave us a very fair price on the flooring. We could have save a few cents a square foot ordering online, but value keeping money in the city and having a store front and face to put with our flooring. Very personable and welcoming. Couldn't have been happier!!!

Unbeatable prices and unmatched service. Nice store with great selection of carpet, tile and wood floors. I shopped everywhere and these guys are the most knowledgeable around. They really take the time to explain the difference in tiles and stone. Professional and respectful installers. A definite must shop if you are in the market for floors, bathroom tile, and even kitchen counter tops. Well worth any drive!

Jesse and Lotta are professional, welcoming, understanding and not pushy at all.Lotta was incredible from our first meeting. She explained the entire process from when the down payment is made through final installation. We were given a price, but informed that it could go up a little if there was any repairs to be made to the floors (leveling, etc.). We selected one sample of vinyl from their store, but later found something we liked better somewhere else; however, they didn't carry it. Lotta started working on it immediately and gave us an updated quotation the next day. The flooring and base board installation was completed in three (3) days and they looked incredible. We couldn't be more happy with our purchase.

I was searching for the right tile for weeks and found this place by mistake. I have never been happier with customer service and product anywhere before. They went out of their way to give me what I wanted, then bent over backwards to make sure I had it for my installation two days later! The price was equivalent to the large flooring companies I had already been to as well! I recommend this place highly, thanks for all you do!

Lotta and Jesse were recommended by a good friend and long-time customer. We wanted to have wood floors installed but couldn't decide on the color or type. Lotta came to our house and helped us work through all the different choices and design challenges, gave us her professional opinion, and was patient with us as we made our decision. The floor we ultimately went with is beautiful, and the installation is superb. The difference here is the customer service. Even when things don't go exactly as planned, these business owners make sure that it is done right. We will be back for carpet next year! Thank you to Lotta and Jesse both for a job well done.

The owners were so nice and helpful to my husband and I. We picked out some carpet for the downstairs. I have a newborn and a crazy two year old so I needed some thick comfortable carpet to protect them from the hard tile floor. Ended up getting thick soft carpet on a felt pad so no tacks!!! And went back for additional padding just to be extra safe. Pricing was good although can't price my kids safety! They delivered on short notice for a small fee as well. Thank you! Best of luck!

This is the second time that I purchased carpet from Leather Home Gallery and again it was a great experience. Jesse and Lotta were so friendly and helpful and with Lotta's design experience, she assisted in picking out the perfect carpet for our new place. The installers were on time and professional.
