Le Petite Bebe Soft Play Rentals

Angie has been so patient and kind with me. I booked her super early in the year for my daughter's 3 year birthday party to make sure I can secure a spot since I know Halloween weekend tends to get busy. Unfortunately the day of my daughter's party had very strong winds where we couldn't set up or put anything in our yard so I had to call and let her know that would no longer work and that the softplay would have to go in our living room.. I was so afraid they would cancel but they still followed through. Juan was also very nice.. he was the one that set up and picked up the softplay in our home. Thank you so much Angie and team! My daughter and her friends loved the softplay and kept them occupied all afternoon.

Angie was super easy to work with for my daughter's first bday! She was nice enough to swing by the space and help me visualize where the bounce house and play area would go. She was also accommodating when I changed my mind and updated the package. We went with all the pink and white feb 2022.The littles loved the play area. It kept themBusy! Thanks again Angie!

If I could give more stars I definitely would! So I booked a different company a few months before my daughters first birthday & two day before the party the company let me know that they double booked and had to cancel me but they had Le Petite Bebe Soft Play lined up for me. I called Angie (owner) she was already aware of my situation and really helped me out even with her being fully booked that Saturday. She had the color and play stuff that I wanted and showed up on time the day of, set up & also had a canopy available for us to rent last minute since the play area was set up directly in the sun! Everything was clean and perfect! The kids loved the ball pit, building blocks and bounce animals! I can't thank Angie enough for saving the day for me. Definitely book them ASAP!

This company was fantastic!!! Angie and her husband were amazing!! Right from the start everything was smooth! My son loved it for his birthday! It was a perfect set up! And the other kids loved it as well! I will definitely use them again!! Thank you!

Your continuous need to respond demonstrates your inability to accept responsibility for your actions. My review is NOT of services received or not received but about your poor interaction and inappropriate way you handled my booking. That I stand by. I personally spoke with you and YOU said you had to cancel because you booked a larger party and did not have room in your trailer. That is a FACT. Your insistence response justifiably proves me right. You did give me referrals but I would refrain from hearsay unless you were present. You cannot comment on what you did not personally witness . My review is MY personal interaction with you which is my right. In addition, if you look at my history of reviews, the are mostly positive because I am fair. I believe this perfectly paints a picture of my interaction with you or lack of. I only write a review if I feel very strongly about it.

My son/daughter loved it so much last time, we ended up getting it again for my sons 3rd birthday. Angie and her husband are wonderful to work with. They are on time, very nice people and hard workers. The play area is always very clean and the ALL the kids love it. The parents thought it was brilliant! I definitely recommend their services for your little ones Birthday, they will love it, trust me!

I'd like to thank this great company for their exceptional customer service. I've never booked a soft play set before and I had a ton of questions. They answered all my questions and sent pictures so I can understand everything their package includes. Their options are all great and their pricing is also fair. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Angie is amazing! Responds quickly, communicative, friendly, and overall very professional. I contacted a few different vendors for my son's first bday, but she definitely stood out for the qualities I mentioned above. She was extremely helpful, and helped made my vision come to life. She was patient with me, and answered all of my questions. The kids definitely had fun, and enjoyed the playground. Definitely will try to book her again for any future events I may have in the area!

Le petite made everything so easy! The communication was great, booking was incredibly easy, and delivery and pick up were totally seamless. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The set up itself was such a hit the kids loved it!
