Terrible service from the lady behind the counter. This bitch has the audacity to make a comment about my sisters pregnant belly and age as if she's the one paying pills. It's hot as hell because there is no AC and she refuses to blow up ballon all the way with helium because they will pop. So instead she sells deflated looking foil balloon. Just go to party city guys !

This place has horrible customer service. The lady behind the counter was very rude. I went to order chairs, tables and a jumper for an upcoming event. While I was talking with her my son touched one of the piñatas and very rudely she asked him not to touch it. I brushed it of and told him not to touch anything. Then when I was making my order she asked me for my name and then she asked for my driver's license. I taught she wanted to see how to spell my name and to make sure it was me. Then she goes and starts writing my license number with out my permission. I asked her why she was writing it and she said wait I'll tell you when I'm done. Then she goes to tell me that she needs it in case someone does not return the chairs and tables when its a pick up order. I go to tell her I need it for delivery and she says oh then I don't need your information. I then tell her, ok can you give me the paper were you wrote my license number back because I don't feel comfortable leaving that kind of information. She gets very upset and refuses to do so. So I ask for a refund and she returns the money but still refuses to give me back the paper with my license number. So I take the paper from the counter because I was not going to leave that kind if information with someone I don't feel comfortable. And she goes of on me and threatens to call the police. All of this while my kids are scared and watching and let me just say that I was talking very nicely to her when asking to get my information back she just refused to do so. Also I have rented from them other times and from other place many different times and not once have I been asked to give my drivers license number. After that I called a different place and they were so nice. They did ask for my license at all and not even for a deposit.

Always consistent and never any issues, I've been using them for years. Some people on Yelp can't differentiate a party supply store and a five star restaurant when giving stars.

Terrible terrible service! The lady behind counter was extremely rude. Went looking for piñatas for my daughters birthday, my daughter touched one and the lady told her rudely not to touch. So we just kind of brushed it off and if my daughter would touch one we would tell her not to. My daughter is choosing her piñata so it takes a while to select one. After she decides which one she wanted she's touching it & lady says "if your not going to buy it now she needs to stop touching it." (Very very rudely) so that just set us off. We told her she's a child & curious she's not destroying it just touching it . Oh man did she go off. Terrible place to shop would not recommend at all & not even a star is deserved but it doesn't let you give negatives. Lady really needs to appreciate her customers. We left very disappointed and my daughter wasn't able to pick out her piñata.

The absolute worst service. We called to ask how much it would be for 200 chairs, and 20 tables she told us it would 200.00. When we got to her shop, she said it was 270.00 when we asked why she said a different price the 2 times we called in different weeks, she said she never gives the actual price over the phone. Point is she was rude, and unprofessional, she made us loose valuable time looking for someone with better pricing thinking she would honor what she said over the phone. We asked for her to take off 30.00 for her mistake and we would pay the extra 40.00 for delivery, she refused and said it wasn't her problem if we didn't want to do business with her we could leave. Any ways, don't call if ur looking for pricing simply go to her shop personaly because you will never get an accurate price, she doesn't care enough about her business to take the time and tell you exactly how much you will be paying. I really hope none of you go there, honestly it was horrible.

This is a very good place for party supplies and to top it off they have very good customer service

Do not rent a jumper from this place!!!! Awful service. First of all, when I placed the order for the jumper she told me drop off was between 9-10am. I had to call 2 times to have the jumper finally delivered at 11:30. Then to top it off the jumper arrived dirty and the guys used my water to clean it. I called the owner to ask for a discount and she responded with "if you are going to be asking for a discount then we'll just bring the jumper back and you can come pick up your money" Like seriously? Where am I supposed to get a jumper last minute on a Sunday!!!! They take advantage of people!! Guess that's what I get doing business with a Perris business!!!! Never again
