OMG, what a hidden gem!! Hubby and I came in for an early dinner; we had the dip, oysters, deep fried pickles And tater tots!! Loved them all!! We will definitely be back! The place is small and intimate. Service was by the owners and they were wonderful!

Chef Rosie's Bistro is a solid Four Star experience. But on a busy Saturday night, they were swamped with only two servers. Chris worked hard on taking orders and bringing out food... even though he must of had ten tables. Crazy. We loved the live guitar playing and boy, did he have range, from Carlos Santana to Marshal Mathers. Impressive. It really added to the laid back, fun feel of the place. Our food was somewhat uneven. The appetizers of Stoner Tots and Empanadas were great. While our entrées were slightly off and over cooked. The dessert was killer though!

First of all, the atmosphere at this restaurant is immaculate. It's a vibe. Perfect place for a girls night out. & they have great live music! The food was an 11/10 & the service was amazing, especially considering how busy they were Kris was our waiter & he was outstanding! Dessert was phenomenal Just go!!

Went to Lady R Bistro for the Chile Colorado demo. While Rosie explained her techniques on how she prepares this dish, we were served a delicious plate of the Chile Colorado from Kris her husband. The service was excellent and everyone was treated as family. The restaurant has a Mexican decor that really brings the authentic feel of Latin America! With a maximum of about 50 people to fill the venue, you will experience a personal relationship with the staff, Kris and Rosie! A must visit in Menifee! You won't be disappointed!

We were greeted the moment we walked in and were seated promptly. The restaurant is beautiful with plenty of photographic opportunities. All of this pales in comparison to the cuisine. Each menu item is clearly crafted with thought and incredible flavors. If you don't stop in, you're silly!

Finally got to try this amazing little gem in our city, and I will say it was such a wonderful evening. The restaurant itself is small, but we got there around 5 and were seated right away on a Thursday night. It is beautiful inside; the art, tables, lights- everything is vibrant and full of energy. They had live music, which was wonderful as well. Our service was fantastic. Every recommendation made was fire, from the appetizer to the dessert, you can tell it is all made with love. We were checked on multiple times, offered additional drinks (they have Mexican Sodas, so no refills), and you can tell that the servers know the menu and have tried the offerings, because, as stated above, the recommendations were great. The flavor profiles are amazing, the food was fresh and elevated, and it was probably the best pasta we have ever had. We can't wait to go back, and hope that everyone has a chance to try this amazing place. We are always looking for small businesses to support, and we definitely found a new local favorite. 13/10 recommend! You won't be disappointed.

The food was amazing...will definitely be back when we are in town. The only thing is that it's small. Would not recommend for big groups.

I Went there, with friends, on valentines Day, night. It was fantastic. The food, the local wine, selection of beers, and ambiance, I was in heaven. I had such a great time. And the live music . The musician knew all the hits. I was in need of a great night out and Lady R Bistro delivered! Two thumbs up.

About 1990 my friends took me to a bistro in Tucson Az owned by Chef Donna Nordin. I fell in love with Cafe Terra Cotta that same day. The flavor seemed to explode on the palate. Jeff Smedstat from Eliote Cafe in Sedona blew my mind with fantastic dishes as well. Tonight Chef Rosie's kitchen shined bright, and was reminiscent of how a simple café or bistro can be brilliant. A menu inspired by travels to France and the flavors of California. The word Carpaccio was mentioned a half dozen times before ordering so that was the first item ordered. Just a tad overcooked, this dish was exuberant with the crispy capers as the star, and although a cooked Carpaccio, this one was not just approachable but delicious.Oysters on offer where graciously augmented to a wonderful surprise. They have a decent wine, list if not just a tad overpriced, but isn't everything today. The odd thing was that the bottle was never left on the table. The Pinot Grigio at 33.00 a bottle was great. I would have liked to have seen a check, though I was simply offered a small pad with a place to sign and choose a tip.Chris and Rosie have a wonderful bistro and if cost isn't top of your list, but service, kindness, and quality is, then give them a try. Its wonderful.I heard mention of karaoke live music, comedy and happy hour seems to offer more entertainment in Lady Ms 2000 square feet than almost the entire city of Menifee has.
