the hours are WRONG i came over an hour before it was closed and they wouldn't let us in and they even had the open sign flashing. i'm on my period and i just wanted nachos. THIS IS CRUEL

I cannot believe I paid $7 for this. The churro was not edible my husband and I had one piece each and threw the rest away. It was a 8 piece churro with two toppings. She just cut one churro and gave it to me and I noticed that the cost of 3 whole churros was the same. DO NOT GET THE CHURROS.

Minus 1.5 stars simply because customer service doesn't match the bright, happy atmosphere at all. You can tell these people hate their jobs, which is understandable in many retail shops and restaurants. However, we've all been to plenty of places like this where the service was welcoming, courteous, and oriented in delivering the best experience. Not the case here . I'm sure they have their reasons. Service was slow, with zero sense of urgency. We waited perhaps ten minutes before a second person came out and took our order. They forgot to put the banana on my banana split, so I had to ask for it. There's a lot of room for improvement in service. We love the menu. There are so many dynamic and unique choices. We had a banana split and chose cappuccino, bubu lubu, and ferrero for the 3 ice creams. It was topped with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, 3 maraschino cherries, chopped peanuts, and rainbow sprinkles. Super fun and absolutely scrumptious. Cost was $11.xx. Usually we get the Gansito ice cream but they didn't have it.

Eeyy forget the ice cream the bass is mad deep here!! it got me a rattle up ready to dance cumbias !!

Picked up large esquiste for my son and Crepas with strawberry and Nutella for myself.

Very nice place, clean and friendly service. Fresh ice cream and smooth. Lovely place.

This is my absolute favorite michoacana spot. Never fails me! Snacks always top tier and the staff is always so nice. Today a lady and a younger lady helped me out when I ordered two raspados and an iced coffee that the lady so nicely made into a frap. My husband loved it. They were so friendly and made some bomb drinks and raspados. This is definitely a hidden gem in San Bernardino! Don't sleep on them!

This place was horrible food wise. Got watermelon, mango and lime icecream. The water based icecream tastes like nothing. No flavor and the candy topping was so hard. Wouldn't recommend

Love the agua Fresca and the tostilocos! Nachos are really good too. The workers are easy going and can make custom orders.

This place is way overpriced for the food you get. Food is gross and expensive. Ambiance is kinda cool but they rush you out
