Bad service bad food. $5 dollars for a frozen corn on the cob !!!! Never again!!!! Escamochas is fruit cut up I got whole pieces of fruit no flavor whatsoever on anything!!!! Don't waist your money here !!!!

Julio 21 / 2024. Fuí a comprar un raspado por la noche eran las 9:45pm. Una empleada con muchos tatuajes llamada Ana se porto descortés y mal educada por que al llegar a comprar ella no saludó, y con voz en alto como gritando pregunta : "Ya estas listo para tu orden?" (Con un tono agresivo y molesto), quiero pensar por que ya se quería ir de su trabajo y estaba presionando para que yo tomara mi orden, después le pidí un raspado de tamarindo grande y me contestó nuevamente agresiva: "ya no hay de tamarindo no me va alcanzar lo que hay (refiriéndose al jarabe de tamarindo) para un raspado grande" y con su actitud grosera y molesta., Y yo le pregunto que si de que otro sabor tiene y ella se puso mas molesta a decirme uno por uno, pero con mucho enojo en su tono de voz, entonces le pido de otro sabor y se pone hacerlo de muy mal modo por que aventaba la puerta donde guardan el hielo con fuerza y frustración de su propio coraje y como el hielo no le alcanzó para llenar el vaso lo volvió a llenar y volvió aventar la puerta del refrigerador con fuerza y enojo, cuando terminó de servirlo me pregunta nuevamente con su cara de enojo y coraje "es todo lo que quieres ordenar!!?" Y como ví su actitud, no quise ordenar nada más. Me cobró y le pedí su nombre para reportar su mala actitud, su pésimo servicio y su mal modo de hacer las cosas, ni siquiera me dirigió la mirada en todo el tiempo que estuve ahí. Mas sin embargo otra chica de ojos claros que estaba ahí trabajando, fue muy amable y cortés por que cuando yo llegué me saludó de buen ánimo con "buenas noches" y al igual al despedirse fue muy educada. El punto que este establecimiento dice que cierra a las 10pm. Se entiende que quizás esta persona llamada Ana quería irse a casa por que faltaban 15 minutos para cerrar el establecimiento, pero entonces por que tienen un sign (letrero) diciendo OPEN, yo como cliente llego y compro por que ahi dice abierto, pero al ver la cara de ANA veo que ella ya cerró el negocio con su mala y grosera actitud. Ojalá y quien sea responsable de este establecimiento lea y tome cartas en el asunto con esta empleada grosera. Yo y mi familia somos clientes asiduos de este establecimiento por mucho tiempo y consumimos continuamente, especialmente en estos tiempos de verano para refrescarnos, pero con la actitud de esta persona llamada Ana consideraré en decirle a mi familia y amigos que no vayan si el dueño o gerente de este establecimiento no arregla este asunto con esta persona. Tienen que saber estos negocios que las personas que vamos a consumir vamos a COMPRAR con nuestro DINERO, no vamos a pedirles nada REGALADO ni FIADO, por lo tanto lo mínimo que deben hacer es poner atención en sus empleados para que traten bien y den buen servicio a los clientes para que no nos vayamos a la competencia.

Came here tonight! This place over charges & idk why! There's a menu & half the stuff you ask for is not available! I asked for an chamoy apple, that thing was so dry & apparently sat out all day! The "fresh fruit" was so dry ! When we also walked in we ordered one item & still clearly looking at the menu, the girl kept asking us is that it? Anything else ? I left more annoyed than anything! I came here when we first moved into the city & years later now I know why I should've just went to the one up the street! At least the other location is clean & the workers aren't a-holes !

Disappointing but I don't expect much from la Michoacana. The ice cream I had wasn't that good. It tasted as if it was melted and frozen back. Also I found pieces of plastic in my ice cream as you can see in the picture. The corn on the cob was an eh

I came to this Michoacana today, I bought 3 esquites they all tasted like something was bad wether it was the cheese or mayonnaise, not sure. I came to return them, they gave me a hard time, and the worker claimed she forgot to charge my mother for a ice cream. Then try to charge it from the refund I got for the esquites. Horrible service.

This Michoacána is overpriced and give you very little amount for what you paid for ! I tried their queso flavor icecream and it was sweet and had no queso!

Ordered on DoorDash and they had me waiting for 30 min because they couldn't open the order on their system.Terrible customer service good thing door dash refunded me for the order

Never had an issue at this location always so friendly and nice unlike another location near by highly recommended

The prices are very high. I ordered a tostielotes and a small mangoneada and paid close to $20. The tostielote portions were very skimpy. The customer service could be better--no greeting, no thank you, and an unwelcome vibe. Maybe employees are miss treated or overworked? That could explain the poor customer service.

The young girl who helped us out had an attitude from the start she's short and has a piercing in her nose, you can tell she was not happy, we would ask her questions about something or order and she would be making faces and twisting her eyes, super over priced items! We went Thursday June 28 at 9:30pm
