Second time I go and something is missing with my order Ordered a manzana loca and it's missing the spaghetti candy. That's my favorite besides the apple.

Strawberry Sunday was so good and my corn in a cup was equally as good! Customer service was great wish I would have got her name.

Mexican ice cream shop was in the area making deliveries and decided to stop by for a scoop of ice cream good flavors.

This was definitely an interesting place to visit. What we know in Hawaii as shaved ice, here at la mochocana is known as raspado. Mexicans perfected the flavors and added so many other interesting things to it. I am a fan of tamarindo and spice but they have tons and tons of flavors. We had a huge order but the one and only girl working was beast. She got all our orders out and perfect in no time. The place has tables so you can eat there or take out. The colors inside the place are bright and vibrant as the flavors. The only complaint I have is that I wish it were more tart. My tamarindo was very sweet so I was only able to eat 1/3 of it. It's ok, got other kids that finished it up! Definitely a spot to try and taste the different flavors. I don't care too much for sweet but it's worth the try.

Too bad I had pay already before checking in on Yelp.I could have used my 10% coupon ,.. I just save it till next visit .Advise from not so wise LOL make sure if you are a YELPER check in first as soon as you park your car to get offers if any .

The items they have to choose from are many. They are healthy fruits and vegetables. It's so so, so good. The service is fast and the employee today was super nice and helpful. The ambiance is very wonderful. This place is so clean and smells good. It's just wonderful. Come and try this place . My first time here and I'll be back for sure.

One woman working on encounter. Greeted us very helpful. Gave us about seven different free samples. The music was perfect. Restaurant very clean.

Paid about $27 for TWO fresas con crema. $3.25 was for one paleta. I was asked if I wanted granola and coconut in it, but was never told it was an extra 3.90 for toppings. If I would have known, I would not have said yes to it. Definitely not worth it. Will be going to the once across the street next to superior next time.

Shitty customer service. Asked to sample tejuino and was told no because it had to be prepared -- okay, that's fine. No problem, that's understandable. Ordered a tejuino and it was spoiled (mind you, I've tasted plenty of tejuino in my life so I know when it's spoiled). I'm guessing whatever pre-made tejuino mix that was sitting in their fridge was way past old. I asked for a refund or replacement for something else and was told "sorry, that's what you ordered". Yes, that's what was ordered but I didn't order it expecting a spoiled drink. It's not my fault you're not rotating your inventory and aren't properly trained to handle simple customer service situations. Never coming to this location again. The lady who served us could've had a better attitude but instead was overall bitchy and rude.
