The best ice cream and palletas, they also have many other snacks that could be hard to choose from as they are all so yummy. The customer service is great! They are friendly and ready to serve. The place is always clean.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!The cashier is a rude lady, every time we come she want us to already know what we want as soon as we walk in. She has the worst customer service ever, if she don't like helping people then this is the job for her.The ice cream and corn is good, but she make it so uncomfortable to come. Every time we come we hope it's not the same cashier "Anastasia". We ask her for her name and she had an attitude. Hope she find a better career that she don't deal with people.

Totally tasteless flavor in almost all the flavors compared to other Michoacanas, give me the opportunity to try on different occasions and the result was always the same tasteless ice creams, although I travel further I prefer to go to other Michoacanas

If I can give zero stars I would!!!! This place smells nasty and there food isn't fresh the corn seems like it's been sitting there for weeks and the tiny tamarindos they add on the mangoneada were hard as rocks!!! I told the young lady to charge me extra to add cheese on the bottom of my esquite and she didn't even do that!!! This is the worst place definitely not coming back!

Good place they have good ice cream and good variety of options on the menu it is clean place they have good aguas frescas and a good variety of it

This place sells good product but never take your kids to this location because the right door is for the Michoacana ice cream and 3 inches to the left side by side is the door for a marijuana shop that people are outside of the Michoacana are smoking weed. It's a bad mix ice cream on the right side and drugs on the left side so for me, I have kids so I hate going to this place because of that I don't understand, specially when your daughter tells you why does it smell so bad dad, so stay away from this place.

WORST SERVICE!!!I have been there several times and I always think that maybe the next one will be better, this was the final one, adding that the supposed owner named Pamela does not seem to care what happens in her store.

If I could give zero stars I would, this michoacana is just around the corner from my house but I would rather drive to one that has better customer service. I have given this place a chance time and time again. Not only myself but my family as well. Gabby is rude, condescending and argumentative. It's a small place to begin with so if like my self bring family of 6 it will fill up the place. Well we get there, Gabby already helping someone else then another gentlemen is there so we stay close to the door, once again a party of 5 plus myself. My kids are seeing what they would like by the ice cream windows. When all of a sudden Gabby " The line is right there" I said ok Thank you, she repeated herself like if I didn't understand her when clearly I did but my kids were seeing what they would like again she says the line is right there. I clearly knew there was a person ahead of me. My husband just said get in line she might loose it. Then I came to our turn Gabby was going to help us. She rushed our orders rudely then four more customers came in, now there is 10 people in the little space. I told my kids to step our side meanwhile my husband and I finished getting our order, she stopped my oldest and told her she couldn't do that when she responded you need to pay and my oldest said we know they are paying and pointed at us as I was next to the register and I wanted to just make room for the rest of the customers. Well the other worker was finishing up charging the guy before us when Gabby just bumps the girl out of her way to do something on the register. Now rude to the other customer. Well our turn came in to pay and I she started scolding me like child about asking my kids to wait outside, she was scolding two grown adults! I answered her that her comments were not necessary and asked her to just charge me. The. She continued and continued. I then just asked her to stop as she was being rude since the moment we came in. I told her I completely understood her the first time of the line situation and how she could have handled it differently from the line to the ordering and now the charging. I told her it's only common sense and that I didn't want to argue with her and no more was going to be said to just charge me give my change so I could be on my way... she just kept yapping her mouth non stop. Someone needs to give this girl a customer service training before you continue to loose business because of her immaturity. I honestly rather drive out then deal with her again!
