The employee who helped was so nice!The ice cream was super tasteful! We ate inside since their AC was set to 60 degrees and outside was 100 degrees. We also bought 6 ice creams, great taste! Little pricey but I believe in supporting these types of business!Come check it out!

Gosh. This place was not good :( the ice cream was crystalized and it tasted old... not to mention the scoops were tiny. Didn't even fill up the cup. I've been to many Michoacánas and they given full scoops to fill it to the edges and top. $4.50 is a lot of $ for such little scoops...

I arrived at 9:28, thinking they closed at 10pm. When I arrived the Open sign was still on and they were serving other customers. As soon as I walked in, they told me these are the last customers we are serving.I will not be coming here again. I'll just make the drive to the Temecula Michoacána, they close at 11pm and they service you regardless of time.

I would it give a zero star! 1. Bad service. The employee looked extremely annoyed. 2. The raspados were super dry. Not enough flavor. She maybe added two tablespoons of the syrup. Not worth $30!

Rude employee. I was told that there was no hot Cheetos and cheese available then I left the store and called this store on accident while I was trying to reach a different location asked about the hot Cheetos with cheese and was told they did have them and I can come in and get them. When I realized I called the store I had just left instead of the new store. So they basically lied!Also called to speak to the manager. I'm guessing the same lady must have been the one that picked up the phone didn't want me to speak to the manager and claimed she didn't speak English when I had walked into the store she clearly spoke English. Nothing wrong with not speaking English but I'm starting to think this lady is constantly lying to customers. Also she started asking me questions on why I needed to speak to the manager... clearly none of her business. Owner needs to get new employees.
