I never knew this place was here, and happy I found it. It's tuck away in a good size shopping center. When walking in there was a couple of people waiting and the decor looked like the typical La Michoacán's establishments, you know with picture of the drinks on the wall and etc.I was helped by a very nice guy, he did not speak English well but we made it work. He made my treat just how I like it I was in and out in no time, ready to enjoy my goodies.

You can never go wrong with paletas in the MoVal heat!La Michoacana locations are spreading like wild fire! They are popping up all over the Inland Empire! I personally go there for their paletas and ice cream, but they have a bunch of snacks like Esquite con Hot Cheetos, Pepino Loco, Mangonadas, and more. The staff is usually friendly and quick as well. Inside the store is also very clean and they have hand sanitizer for customers.My favorite paletas are the Fresas Con Crema, Lime, Mamey, and Pistachio. Sometimes I will buy a bunch and they last quite a while in my freezer at home!

I'm so sad cause I love coming here on my lunch break and the guy server is the best but today I was surprised when I reached the bottom of my cup to find all this hair

I came here for the first time. The lady was nice and the ice cream is good. However, when I looked at my receipt she charged me roughly 25% more on my daughters ice cream and 15% on my order. When I asked her why, all she could say was the prices are new. They were written in permanent marker by her cash register. Nothing was said before hand. My issue is not the price difference but the transparency. We won't be back.

Went in with my little cousin and aunt Nd had the best customer service the most important thing about a job is the cleanliness and the attitude of its employees I always pay attention to tht and Samantha was very welcoming friendly ans helpful people like her make me want to come back

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. All the employees are rude! A few days ago I went there and as I was getting off my car a woman comes out of the car next to me saying she's the only employee at the moment and she was on her break and she couldn't help me. Why would they only have one employee?! It's ridiculous! If they made more sales they would be able to hire more employees but their service obviously sucks!

The best ice cream out there. So many different and unique flavors. Price is on point, service is amazing. Don't even question it, just go.

I got tostilocos, I love spicy, but this food was not enjoyable at all it had way too much sauce, barely any fruit and barely any chips, and it got soggy fast I don't think this girl knows how to measure the food and I waited a really long time just for just someone to come to the front. One thing that bothered me was the girl helping us out had no gloves and she had really long hair, and wasn't wearing a hairnet. I went back to get another bag of chips to add and some other lady with blonde hair came out and asked me if I was already getting helped and I said I just wanted to get a bag of chips and she just walked away. This place has really been disappointing lately.
