La Michoacana Ice Cream

Man, to what can this place's downfall be attributed? I once found myself frequenting this establishment which, at the time, was being operated by a wonderful, attentive staff.In fact, they were so good that my growing waistline compelled me to cease my impulsive visits of indulgence. Ha.I decided to break that hiatus tonight, however, and entered at 8:50 pm.. Working there tonight was a new fellow who, unlike every other staff member, didn't recognize me, so I was wary from the start. As I mentioned previously, I have been here a lot. I would attribute my loyalty to the unparalleled customer service; having been warmly welcomed by the team at La Michoacana Ice Cream every time I visited rendered the sense of guilty indulgence easier to accept.But I have been betrayed. He new guy said their watermelon is water-based, but I begrudgingly discovered otherwise in my car.Needless to say, I tossed the 3 scoops of ice cream away and left. Why? Because, judging by the response the new guy had upon my initial entry, he would have been annoyed that I was yet again stepping on the floor he had just mopped. And how could I do that to him? Prick.He didn't even have the floor-safety warning up.

The service sucks! They can't answer their phones so I wouldn't visit this infested place

There was only one girl working. I stood there for 10 to 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The girl was too busy trying to perfect crepes. So I took my business elsewhere.

Under new ownership! New ice cream, paletas, and aguas frescas! Definitely recommend every thing, but I got some hot Cheetos with cheese and rocky road ice cream on a waffle cone it was soooo good I can't stop coming here! keep up the good work!

I just came into this place and ordered 3 drinks two were the same. The girl that helped me had braces I don't know her name my receipt says Erik. When I got here there was only one person in front of me and one behind me. She made one of my drinks then was on the phone for awhile when she came back my drink was melted she had to remake it, she made two drinks put them in the freezer. Went to the back came back began to make my last drink and left it sitting there while she went to talk on the phone again then went to the back again came back out finished my drink. In between this she asked me multiple time "what did you order again?" She went to be in the back multiple times and was on the phone multiple times. I had the worst service unfortunately, meanwhile other customers that came in way after me had already left before me from other workers doing an excellent job. She said my order was "very confusing". I don't understand how 2 different drinks can be very confusing and I had to remind her of my Order multiple times. I hope management can talk to this girl & advise her how customers should be treated.
