La Michoacana Ice Cream Parlor

This location has a large selection to choose from in frozen treats and aguas frescas. The stickers that tell you the flavors are matched appropriately so you know what you're looking at-- this isn't always the case at any La Mich. cuz their stickers sometimes are in the wrong place or simply illegible. You can tell they're very organized here. We went for aguas on a Sunday afternoon and there was no line. The gentleman who poured our drinks kindly asked if we wanted ice which I've never been asked before but I really appreciated having that option. As with any La Mich., the ambience is vibrant, and the decor enhances your experience. This is a pleasant place to visit in a hot afternoon.

Smells like they used a dirty mop to clean. Well see what this mean a for the quality if their product

Every time I come here, I experience amazing customer service and devour DELICIOUS treats/food/etc; I have not had one bad experience here and I'm so grateful that that's the case because I've needed an ideal ice cream shop for quite some tome now. My husband and I dropped in tonight around 6 p.m. and Amy helped us out; she was really sweet and efficient! I recommend this location --10/10! (Just FYI, though: when visiting, try to bring cash with you because there is a fee for using a credit/debit card!)

Nothing better then mangonada on this hot weather. The service is Kool . But definitely recommend a montañista from la Michoacán ice cream !!!

First time checking them out not to crowded, I got pico de Gallo (fruit) it was actually pretty good and fresh . Place looked a little dull and dark but overall I was satisfied with my order it was fresh and good so that's a plus . I'd recommend . Should have taken picture before I started eating it but it was good !

Very rude employees, didn't wash their hands or wear gloves. Asked the lady we wanted two different flavors and completely ignore us. Had to repeat it to her and she caught an attitude and decided to over fill the cup the point the second was falling out the cup. Never going again and won't recommend anyone to go there since there's hundreds of other Michoacanas around might as well go to a different one. First and last time going there 0/10.

Came in today for a few snacks for the family. We got some "Ruedas" without opening the bag for my toddler. As we get home and open the bag my son starts making puke noises. I grab the bag and I'm hit with the fowl odor of expired Ruedas. Not just like a a week or days, since September! I go back because I didn't want anyone else eating these expired ruedas and to complain. As I get there and ask to talk to the manager and explain my situation, told the owner my son is at home puking because of his expired chips, he laughed and said okay let me just get you some better ones. Really?! My son puking is laughable to you?! He just gave me some different ones and walked away. The girl had great customer service the first time, the only reason for the 1 star. I wonder how many people ate those expired ruedas today. Horrible

I come here often and luckily Ms. Poala is a lovely young lady that is patient with her elders and has the best recommendations! I hope she never leaves this establishment and wish her a very long career in customer service!

very good customer service so sweet!!, unfortunately the corn in the cup was so disgusting. it was extremely salty?? and the corn was hard. 11 dollars for a meduim corn and bag of chips is insane for it to be nasty.
